Our journey into the cannabis industry started in 2012 when we purchased both Mary Janes Headquarters locations in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Making the transition from employee to entrepreneur was a huge learning curve and one hell of a ride. Our goal was to make the make shopping experience a fun, chilled; yet informative and organized experience. We quickly realized how in-depth the cannabis industry and its connoisseurs were! The science is fascinating and people are looking for very specific ways to indulge – not to mention the accessory manufacturers are getting pretty creative! 

As there are many different ways of consuming cannabis and our clients want good recommendations for the best-proven quality, at different price points for every one of them. ShuCanna has done it again with the amazing Bermuda Triangle. It is a cross of Black Triangle, crossed with the original MAC, and then was crossed with Pure Michigan! This cultivar has an amazing aroma of lemon-citrus, pine, earth, kush, spice, marshmallow, garlic, and overtones of skunk with a slight kick of gas on exhale maintaining the terpenes of the original MAC and Pure Michigan. Buds are extremely dense and covered in frost with the trichomes curling around the sugar leaf. Very smooth smoke with bursts of flavour to the end, you will see a resin ring almost immediately and with the terpene profile including limonene, myrcene, and caryophyllene. Ruxton (AKA Sour OG) is the result of a cross between two of the most lauded cannabis cultivar of the last decade: OG Kush and Sour Diesel. With a terpene profile of myrcene, beta-caryophyllene, limonene, and linalool, this exceptionally pungent phenotype produces a strong, heavy smoke with intense flavour notes of lime and diesel. This bright green, sativa-dominant cultivar is rounded and well-balanced and retains the best qualities of its infamous parents. Just like every Broken Coast product, Ruxton is grown in strain-specific room in small batches and is slow cured and hand-trimmed by passionate and dedicated staff.
