I would like to thank Clarity Cannabis for turning against people with mask exemptions after they allowed us to shop maskless since Nov 2020. As a stage 4 cancer patient it really showed me how much they care about there customers health who many are there for medicinal cannabis. You have inspired me to shop online and have it shipped instead of supporting a business that clearly could care less. I will never recommend or ever be back even when masks are gone. Thank you.
I was informed this evening while making a purchase how "Clarity dispensaries" will no longer honor the B.C. Medical exemptions.
"Clarity" is now a laughing stock, at first the company forced all their employees to be vaccinated or be fired.
And now that it's evident the vaccines do not provide COVID immunity suddenly the burden of responsibility now falls on the shoulders of we the customer.
I've had enough, tried explaining how the virus was smaller than the smallest holes in a 'Blue' masks and now they're gonna force me to wear it too.
Ya right...keep dreamin fools
PS: been buying there since it opened, service was excellent but not honoring my Health means you simply don't care about me as a person.
I made an online purchase a week ago and their Langford store canceled it after taking payment, issue being they were out of stock on one of the items on my order even though their website indicated it was in stock. Next issue I was told it would take 2-3 days to receive my refund…. This is day 7 my calls have gone unanswered all day today and no response to my email.
