The staff are always happy and helpful. There are tons of dispensaries in Victoria, I have tried a lot of them, the farm is far above any in knowledge, customer service, selection and quality.

The Farmacy by far the next best thing to growing yourself. Quality product Efficient knowledgeable and friendly staff Great atmosphere Except for the creepy new door guy but i understand the precautions. Have a great day

Easily the best in town. Their selection of strains and edibles was amazing, the staff very knowledgable and friendly, and the prices were reasonable- even quantity breaks. Shatter was the cleanest I've seen. Great location and even a vending machine.

Doesn't feel like any of these shady MMJ "dispensaries" - this is the real deal. They know what their talking about, the product is some of the best I've seen and it just feels safe. The prices aren't crazy, but they have some good deals up when I was there. Finally.

They set the bar HIGH.. I order online after having discovered it while visiting Victoria, and despite it being possibly the absolute furthest (geographically) dispensary from where I live (far, far away in Toronto), it is my primary go-to as an MMPR holder. I've yet to see any place with such a perfect balance of quality / price / professionalism / reliability / selection. I just wish there was a slightly cheaper shipping option (though it sure is fast).

The Farmacy staff are very knowledgable, and they carry a rotating supply, with great selection. of edibles, smokable and most importantly strains. The rotating sales are very affordable for any quantity, and the containers they provide for herbs are very convinient. Professional and well rounded. Excellent shop to visit.

Some staff could be more professional

I was one of the first one hundred customers to sign on with Farmacy when they first opened. I brought my prescription and was given a temporary card and was told to return to get a permanent card. After three attempts to get a card that will allow me electronic access, the staff member at Farmacy says she has no record of this. I have decided not to return to this dispensary because there are 30+ dispensaries in Victoria with much better service and also because Farmacy has the highest prices of all dispensaries in the city.

When you go to a non herbal pharacy you expect the service to be poor. Its just like you go in and feel ashamed to discuss your condition and then they look at you and recommend some pill to take. Going to Farmacy is like your birthday. Everyone cares so much about you and wants to listen to you. I love it and highly recommend anyone go. That's my 2 scents

As advertised Farmacy had an amazing selection. Great strains edibles, gummies and accessories. Loved how the staff were discrete in any question I had. Would definitely shop here again. In fact i will take advantage of the local delivery.

It took me 7 years to find the same quality bud that cant be labelized as B.C. BUDS. I think I found them from this dispensary. This is definitely a high end dispensary. If you are looking for something cheaper. There are many dispensaries everywhere. Their special is just as good as the ones that are regular price. Very helpful helping me choose my medicine. I would recommend to connosuiers only. If there is something that you cant find, they probably have it.

Went into the shop to place my first order. I really liked the overall atmosphere. I ordered a sativa, and was nervous that it would stink and i would be one of those hippy smelling guys. I am sensitve to using weed and the optics people have of me. I happy with the product. Really loved the packaging more than anything though. There was no scent that came through and small enough to transport easily.
