Hi sir. I am sorry to hear you are dealing with dry flower. However, dry flower is what you bought.
1. You cannot return dry flower once you bought and opened it, unless it is defective
2. We are not the manufacturers of the products we carry
3. You bought OGEN, a highly reputable brand
4. We have to lock our door in between every customer for security purposes as we do not have security guards
5. Our staff opened the door for you, helped you out exactly the way a legal budtender is supposed to do it and then you walked away after you had claimed/admitted you knew that you couldn't return the flower for the reason you described    "dry"
I invite you to come by the shop tomorrow evening to discuss this further if you wish. A discount is the most that I can offer. We are a legal shop following the rules.

I don’t recommend for anyone, I got the driest weed I’ve ever seen being sold, and way to expensive for the amount I got.  Went back in to talk about it and I got the doors locked on me around 5pm during the week. Staff wasn’t helpful, friendly or engaged in their stores products…. Just avoid this place for weed
