MediPaint: Ganja Yoga

When: July 13, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Evolved Movement Arts, 4005 9 Street SE

Incorporating cannabis and meditative painting with yoga is just one way to achieve inner equilibrium and enhance the senses, according to MediPaint and yoga instructor CJ Zane. Along with the class, your $45 ticket includes tea, treats, a goodie bag, and perhaps a new perspective.


Meet and Green

When: July 16, 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Where: The Pint Whyte, 8032 104 St. NW

Break down the cannabis stigma in the workforce with Meet and Green, Canada’s first networking event for professionals who feel more comfortable with joints in hand rather than balancing martinis and wine glasses. The fee is $20 and includes a food voucher.

Rocky Mountain Cannabis Connection

When: July 20-21, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Where: Rancho Relaxo Resort

Go off the grid at Alberta’s premier eco-tourism destination and fill your minds with growing and production knowledge over the weekend. Workshops include talks on making your own rosin, cooking with cannabis, sex, cannabis and parenting, and a whole lot more. Weekend passes start at $225.
