I had a decent run of this strain from the original source, Serious Seeds. Out of thirty specimens I received a high percentage of females as well as some "true" hermaphrodites with male and female flowers on the same plant naturally instead of being caused by stress as in other circumstances. The expression of phenotypes was larger than I experienced with other Serious strains in terms of physical variations but the end product was surprisingly uniform in effect and appearance aside from the difference in bud size from plant to plant. A true creeper strain that builds up in effect and reachs a comfortable plateau around 15 minutes after the last inhale. The feeling of this strain is pleasurable and relaxing without the edgy, stimulating effect common with the Thai lineages but offers the same mild but still very noticeable psychedelic tinge and joyful rush of the more exotic landraces. This is most likely from the Afghani influence which keeps the other lines in check without taking away too much of the magic felt from the intense cerebral stimulation that can cause some users to dislike Sativa strains. This particular strain is very similar to another Blueberry cross known as Orange Crush (California Orange x Blueberry) and may be described as a brighter, more social version of the balanced functional day time effect. A prime choice for a summer BBQ, this strain will have a user immersed in a social gathering without becoming too "spacey" or forgetful during long stories told by a intoxicated family member. BHO (shatter): A savage Indica with the well known full body effect. The flavor is a thick berry with deep notes of earth. BHO (shatter): I honestly did not think they could improve on the beloved SFV OG but I was wrong. In terms of my own personal usage I would say that it is the flip side of the SFV OG and delivers a potent and steady Indica blast that is the opposite of the SFV alone. The backcrossing with the OG Kush is most likely the cause of this, as the SFV OG is a heady daytime effect and the original OG is the classic debilitating stone so familiar to us all. A prime choice for immersing yourself in a good video game, this strain will see you glued to the couch but not too sedated that it will affect your performance as much as another Indica would. This strain was a summer favorite gauranteed to give you a instant pick me up or increase enjoyment of any recreational activity. The flavor was intense and very sweet with a berry pressence that dominated the taste overall. One of the only clones I have ever grown, this strain performed well even under the limited set up I was running at the time and the spider mite infestation that came with them. Always beware of clones from personal sources as they commonly have mite populations that have been breeding for generations despite the use of pesticides due to a small percentage being immune to the chemical and continuing on thier genes, thus conferring pesticide resistance to offspring. This is another Greenhouse Seeds strain I have personally grown and even though it is far from being a weak strain, It was never a very memorable or valued item for the heavy users within my circle. The increasingly more common "cheese" odored phenotype is a hallmark of the Skunk lineage along with the skunk and cat urine odors that are less desirable due to their off putting aroma. A long time personal friend is always commenting on the "cheese" smell of strains these days, most likely due to the ubiquitous presence of the Skunk family in Cannabis breeding. The yield was very decent and the high was the usual sedating, low energy stone that feels very bland compared to the more intense Skunk and Skunk crosses that are part of this line. The bottomline for me is the Greenhouse version lacks allot of the character I've come to expect from the Skunk family and I would recommend others from them instead. I completely agree with the description of this strain already provided by Leafly, however my experience with this strain comes from the seeds provided by Crop King and NOT Sensi Seeds the originator. The particular type I had were the Auto version (flowering according to age instead of the standard photo-period) as well, which further complicated matters as I had begun training/supercropping, which is not recommended due to time restraints which do not allow time for the plants to recover. This mistake drastically reduced overall quality and yield but the end product was very good despite this with a decent potency and the usual effect. The other times I sampled this strain through personal friends the potency was exceptional as well as being surprisingly clear for a Indica reminding me of Master Kush another personal favorite. BH0 (shatter): A daytime favorite for those days that demand work and focus but require the alleviation of depression and lack of motivation symptoms. Although this is a Indica dominate strain it has a energetic nature that is undeniable and would make end of the day stress relief not as complete. The smooth, full vapor was filled with citrus notes and a delicious tip of the tongue aftertaste. A definite must have for active patients however the flowers of this strain may produce a heavy more sedative stone as certain terpenes and/or cannabinoids may have been left behind during the extraction. The diesel all-star, a must have for any true diesel lover. This strain packs a heady punch with its instant mood lift and relaxing effect. The smoke was thick and flavorful with a strong, sweet fuel taste that lingered on the pallet for hours. Even with heavy doses, the secondary narcotic effect that was present to some degree at the beginning of the high, never manages to become too overpowering, thus making day time activities still possible and more enjoyable. I picked up a few feminized seeds and only grew out four of the five I had germinated due to square footage limitations. Under a Super HPS (1000 watt) this strain performed well, filling out with dense, long flowers that finished in a decent glaze of tricohomes. The shape of the finished product was fat buds at the rear, ending with a perfect taper and frost that increased as the cure went on. The aroma had hints of lemon and coffee that acted as undertones to a overpowering classic dankness more common in original strains of Kush. Most of the finished product became extract that proved to be a valuable sleep aid once the initial effect settled in but as a flower it was a nice daytime pick me up for the afternoon.
