Friendly, personable, fast, and efficient staff. These folks are at the forefront of their industry here in Illinois, and are doing an amazing job. They always go above and beyond, even for disrespectful customers, which makes me conclude that they are genuinely committed to contributing to the good of the world. Also, regarding the recent remodel - the couch on the Northern side of the waiting room is the most comfortable thing I've ever sat on. The cushions are fantastic. Rock on you guys.

Made it easy to get up and move around. Pain and fatigue were alleviated. I could see how this could make work a bit easier, however there is also a sedating effect. Definitely good for a few hours of afternoon or evening relaxation.
