This is...a tricky one. The smell alone warrants it a try, and the taste is in the name. It's uncanny. The effects of it are what makes it so mystifying. It comes on slow and gentle. At first you'll think this will only be a normal, pleasant high, but nothing exceptional. And you'll continue thinking this even as it's making you laugh at absolutely nothing, or wonder about the glory days of your past. That's its magic: It wants you to think you're still normal. But make one decision to do....anything, and you'll quickly realize you have the ability to do it better than you ever have in your life. Sort of like discovering you have super strength even though you don't look any different. It won't push you one way or the other. It's like a Ouija Board: its magic works if you believe it will. Wanna write that novel you've always wanted to? It'll banish the doubt, focus the mind, and push you to start. Need focus for your workout? It'll be one of the happiest and best workouts you've ever had, and It'll last for hours. Gotta cram all night before a test? Lasts for hours. Gardening? Hours. Sex? You get the point. Cinderella 99 is about as perfect a strain as I've ever smoked for focus. But it's placement here in Sour Apple keeps the focus, but replaces the speed train energy with a balmy contemplation that is...for lack of a better phrase...just dope. The phrase "walking on cloud 9" is awesome, but that's not what this is. But you're walking on something, and it's just above the ground. You're simply elevated for its duration. And that's awesome for daysmokers like me. Try it. Then try doing something. Anything. Then you'll get it, too.

A gym-goers best friend. Long story short, this insanely dank strain is a bonafide win across the board. An honest hybrid that provides an remarkable body and mind high. But for those that like toking a few before a workout, it's a pre-workout miracle. Eliminates pain entirely so all that's left is the incredible focus you have on your almost primal mind-body connection. Just do it, as they say. You won't regret it.

Smoke it and discover your best self. It's hard to describe, but it's the kind of high where you aren't really excessively anything. You'll certainly laugh or think or sleep if you want to, but it's not gonna be your giggliest, most focused, or most relaxing high. But what made this so unique for me was how it took all my personality traits and sharpened them. Basically, it felt like I discovered the smartest, wittiest, kindest, most confident version of myself. Colors were more vibrant, music was more engrossing. Simply put, for a few hours, you'll see what it feels like to be you at your very best.

My all-purpose pot. Smoke it all day and get whatever high you need to get from it. I honestly have never come across a more well-rounded strain. You're relaxed, but not couch-locked. Energetic, but not manic. Giggly, but not idiotic. If you lean more toward indicas like me, but want the kind that makes dancing or bar-hopping throughout the night fun and carefree, this is the strain. And it's surprisingly arousing. Caught me off guard the first time. But be warned: too much of this won't knock you out immediately, but excessive amounts after a certain hour will creep up on you and take you out. I've had better cerebral highs, better body highs, and longer-lasting highs from other strains. It's not "the best" at anything. What it's best at is being the ideal hybrid that gets the blood flowing to all the right places and in all the right ways before gently tucking you into bed when you're ready to call it a night. Make an evening of this one. Or a morning. Or an afternoon. It's the perfect fit either way.

Just absolute fun. What a wonderful strain. Smells amazing and unique, since banana is such a rare smell for pot. Smoke tasted even better than it smelled. But the real treasure here is the effects. Floaty, giggly, happy as hell, incredibly relaxed, and surprisingly clear-minded. Don't get me wrong, if you want to be brainless on it, you can be, but if you do need to form thoughts and sentences, you can. Get together with your friends, watch silly stuff, listen to great music, go see a movie, be outside. This is the strain you want powering your weekends or day off. The high lasts for a couple of hours, and the come down is very gentle. You'll only notice it's faded once you realize you're no longer laughing at absolutely nothing.

If you're looking for focus and creativity, here is your go-to. I've tried countless strains and nothing comes close. The body buzz starts in the eyes and forehead, moving its way downward throughout your body with a floaty, tingling sensation while lifting you upward physically, mentally, and emotionally; No couch lock here. Then, a swell of euphoria and a beautiful emotional awareness that spurs creative clarity. But what makes this incredible strain so remarkable is its laser focus: an unshakable will to produce your best work ever and the clarity to judge it accurately. The high lasts for hours, and because of its effects you easily lose track of time. The come down is like coming out of a Netflix binge: slightly disorienting simply because you didn't realize how many hours had gone by while you were in your own creative world. Didn't find this to be giggly, so a lot of comedies were lost on me. But if you need to study, watch films, play games, think, write, draw, or produce anything at all, this is the strain to do it to. Exceptionally functional in the best way possible. You won't regret it.
