As the name implies, it really is F*cking Incredible. From the moment it hits you an immediate sense of relaxation happens, and I could actually feel my muscles relaxing like a warm wave of comfort. I only need a few hits to achieve the desired effects, which are vast. It is a heady and physically tranquil buss. It elevated my mood and in general, I just felt better. I recommend this for people who, like me, suffer from fibromyalgia, depression, and chronic pain. I have also found that my blood sugar stays more level when I use this strain repeatedly. That is a HUGE help to me. Also, it puts me to sleep quite quickly. I highly recommend this strain for insomnia as well.

This strain is great for bedtime because it promotes sleepiness as a side effect, which is great for me because I've had insomnia for 24 years now, not related to sleep apnea. However, more of its attributes include relaxation of muscles. I could literally feel my muscles unclench in my back, shoulders and arms. Further, it has a heavy 'heady' feeling with psychotropic effects and promotes euphoria. I felt I could choose as to whether or not to have the munchies. I generally do not have any appetite at all, so this did not necessarily stimulate feelings of hunger for me. I had an elevated mood, relieved my back pain, eliminated my nausea, and helped me stop having muscle spasms in my legs. In short, it's Amazing. I have always received quality Blue Cheese flower from Valley Healing Group. However, I did notice that some buds in my jar were different than others in that some gave me an allergy-type reaction, where my nasal sinuses swelled up, like I had a cold for about 20 minutes or less. I don't mind because it is so fleeting. I'd recommend this for bedtime because it made me very sleepy.

When I tried this, I had previously tried the Jack Herrer, which is light and bubbly. I found Glad Max to be as amazing as Jack Herrer. It just made me feel better...mentally, physically, emotionally...Everything felt better. I had no "heady" high, I was in a better mood, and happier than I had been in weeks. I recommend this strain if you want the relaxation, euphoria, and calm without the "heady" effects...There was only a small amount of psychedelic effects for me, but it made me feel bubbly and happy. I like Glad Max if Jack Herrer is unavailable. They are on the same level which I would call "Weed Light" It does the job without any heavy "heady" high. Glad Max does have a bit more of a heady feeling than Jack Herrer, but it's negligible. Try it if you want weed 'light' for daytime work. I can work perfectly fine after smoking and it is also energizing and creativity inspiring to an extent. That's just my opinion though. Try it for yourself! I always look to see if it's in stock because of how effective it is in relieving the 24hr nausea I feel everyday. (I should note that I usually react opposite to medications of any kind than most people.) It also relieves my chronic pain and fibromyalgia as well as lifts my spirits. I tend to fall asleep when I smoke this bud. It helps me go to sleep every night. I am constantly trying new strains to help ease my insomnia but nothing else has worked as well as Blue Dream. Most find it relaxing and yet not sleep-inducing, but is sure helps me relax and fall asleep. I give it a 5. This place is so serene and calm when you walk in. The huge variety allowed me to try them out until I found something that worked best for me. It only takes a few minutes to be seen and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Valley Healing Group to anyone that was looking for natural remedies over pills. Their banana bread is the bomb!!!
