This is another nice strain from Humbolt Seed Co. Probably the fastest flowering I've grown as it was ready in 7 weeks of flowering but I gave it 8 for good measure. These are beautiful to look at. The best phenotypes is taller with buds that are a green and purple combo with serious frosting and bright orange hairs (this could be Bubbas Gift dominant...?) and she grew with hardly any leaves and nothing down low so trimming was a cinch. The other pheno's are a mostly green one with smaller buds and a crinkly leaved one that smells just like fresh ripe strawberries and the trichromes have stayed crystal clear (it really doesn't smell like ganga). These are some of the prettiest buds I've ever grown and some of the leaves flushed with a reddish/puplish hue as she finished. The smoke is rich and strong, very, very earthy, perhaps a little cheesy and reminiscent of good black afghani hash (it reminds me of the best of UK outdoors taste wise) but only faintly fruity and it leaves my mouth a bit oily tasting (as do most purple strains) it's not really very mango flavoured but hopefully it develops more flavour as it cures over time. I'm not particularly getting a high presence of tropical fruit and coconut flavours promised in the marketing but everyone tastes things differently. It's still delicious. Yield was medium. Buds were a bit course but easy to pick apart. Plants were short but not too bushy plenty of light penetration. One star missing for flavour. One star missing for yield.

This strain was marketed as being suited perfectly for outdoor growing in UK. Well it certainly isn't. The plants didn't flower in time, buds were small and undeveloped and suffered from severe mould at the first sign of damp weather. Threw it all in the bin after masses of cost, work and effort. Last time I buy from these over-priced bullshitters.

Grew one of these amonst some other strains and compared to them it went leggy and stretched a lot. However after 10.5 weeks in flowering I have some delicious potent nuggz. The smell is not too pungent and is more green, vegetal bouquet than a stinky skunk. The buds are small but dense and covered in a generous frosting white trichromes. They have a bauble-like structure that I have not seen much or so prominent in many strains and are very easy to spot amonst a jar full of Pineapple Chunk. The taste is very smooth, not really anything like diesel fuel, more like a sour tang. Its delicious anyway. The high is fast,strong and long lasting and it lives up to all expectations on that front. All in all a pretty unique strain with a lovely flavour and potent high. Just make sure you leave some room for them to stretch!

Pretty damn nice herb! Just grew out 3 of these for 10 weeks even though you could of had them at 8. One came out really pineapply, one really cheesy and one more like the original skunk weed. All were delicious crystal coated dense mid-size nuggets of heavily milky-frosted, velvety green buds with rusty yellowy, orange hairs. The effect is strong and happy and the flavour is awesome - like a pineapple and cheese stick and a glass of fruit punch at a 70's party! The plants were soo easy to manicure as the buds grew on stocky plants with minimal leaves just buds on sticks - perfect! Definately getting more of this!

Well this is supposed to be top shelf cookies according to their write up. After ten long weeks and much anticipation I can only report huge dissapointment. The buds are loose and not hard nuggets at all. Trichrome production is at an all time low and compare miserably to other strains grown in conjunction with it. Smell and taste are kind of cherry-ish mint-ish. High is mild but long lasting. If this is even real cookies at all I'd be surprised as it does not resemble the many pics of cookies I have drooled over. In my neck of the woods this would not get much attention at all let alone be "top shelf" I have contacted Purple Caper as I also had a lot of males and a mutant seed as well as the dissapointing flowers. So far they have ignored my email.

I just sampled Black Skulls version of this hybrid.. It's pretty darn strong and is very couchlocky - I keep dozing after a smoke of it. It finished in about 8 wks but went gargatuan after 10 wks and was a very good yield. Smells and tastes pretty funky, like baby shit and a sort of chemically undertone. Solid big ass 3 x 6 inch nuggets with light pinky coloured hairs and lots of creamy frosting. Super dank!
