This strain was on sale at a dispensary and I couldn't help but grab it. I remember the name AK-47 some 9-10 years back when I was a freshman in high school. It has definitely been around for a number of years and finally I had the chance to try it. To be honest the look of it wasn't all that special. Long bud structure which indicates a strong sativa side to this strain. The smell was awesome however, with strong earth tones coming through. Very danky! I have both smoked and vaporized this strain, and I prefer the vaporized version. However, both will settle in as a sativa for the first hour or so. A strong buzz behind the eyes, concentrated feeling around the temples, and it got me very talkative. After an hour or so, the high turned into a more mellow and relaxed feeling associated with indica strains. So I would say this is right on the money for being sativa-dominant. I encourage day time usage, but if you are having a fun night out with friends then this is a go-to strain as well. Just make sure you have had plenty to eat or some caffeine beforehand, you don't want a crash after a few hours of hanging out with your friends. Also, making music after indulging in AK-47 was quite a creative experience!

First smoke and I was like "Woooooow". Instant relaxation followed by a very uplifted mood. It's a very euphoric smoke. A strange hybrid due to the fact it feels like an indica high but you do not get sleepy, at least not early on. I guess the sativa properties of the hybrid keep you awake (although there isn't much of a "head" high or energy spark you usually get from a sativa strain.) Bud is beautiful, light green colour with bright orange hairs. This is sold under a few names... mine being OG Kali Kush, which hands down is the best OG hybrid ever! UPDATE: After a few weeks of smoking this strain I noticed my anxiety spiked up... A no go for me now.

What a wonderful hybrid this is! I was so happy to find this strain because it definitely jumped into top 10 of all times for myself. Consider the effects an indica-like sensation with the mental state of sativa. Your body is relaxed and your mind soothed. But at the same time you do not feel sleepy, the munchies are suppressed for an extended period of time, and you desire to do something with the buzzing creativity surging in your mind. Perfect for day time OR night time.

One of the classic go-to sativa strains and for a reason! This strain is very much intended for day time usage. It can be difficult to fall asleep some nights if this is smoked/vaped/ingested late night so be careful! Good earthy smell with hints of diesel but honestly I do get more of a sweet scent as well from my bud. Very happy high with motivation to do something (making music, getting artistic, dominating at video games...). Don't do too much and your gym session will be oh so enjoyable! ;)

Was a regular strain in my rotation but haven't had it for some time now. Also, had a nice hybrid called Space Romulan which was a lot more sativa-like.

The Holy Grail of the almighty plant? Perhaps! Holy Grail is a strain I have not personally ever bought but fortunately an acquaintance had some. EXTREMELY dense bud, and the scent was really pleasant. As soon as I scent hit my nose I knew this was going to be a great smoke. But I was not really prepared for the high and it bit me in the ass. It left me completely immobilized for several minutes because I was enjoying the blanket of euphoria around me. It was so relaxing and at the same time uplifting, almost as if your spirit gets jolted with good energy. With that being said, it is not a day-time smoke in my opinion. I did the same amount of this strain as I would of any other, but I did feel extremely burnt-out afterwards and ready to hit bed, so take it into consideration. One of the heaviest, if not THE heaviest, indica I have ever tried. Oh it's heavy! Nice dark dense bud that filled up the lovely grinder, with instant pungent tones of kush. This may be the best damn medicine for pain, insomnia, and general lack of appetite. Puff, vape, eat away and enjoy life, food, and sleep. Your body will be heavily sedated, you WILL want to sleep, or have a nice meal before dozing off. Take my word, I've tried a lot of strains and this one somehow sticks with me. If I am ever in any sort of great pain, I'll remember Chemo and wish I had some for the moment. Look: 5/5 Scent: 5/5 High: 5/5 Burnout: 5/5 Overall: 5/5

Fire OG! Personally I find the OG line overrated at times, but Fire OG is not too bad to be honest. It's your classic OG high (has a certain "feel" to it if you know what I mean) that is a lot more intense and trippy! And yes the high did seem to last a bit longer than most strains (perhaps an extra 30-45 minutes at most). Please look into this strain if you simply wish to wind down, or have a meal or get to sleep! Look: 5/5 Scent: 5/5 High: 5/5 Burnout: 2/5 (a bit too paranoid for my taste) Overall: 4/5

Had "Organic" Special K and not sure what the real difference was. Anyway, copy and paste from a different source: "It features a smell that is both spicy and citrus. Pine Tar is set to completely rid you of any worry and ache. Nothing special in terms of look, but it is a great looking bud that's fairly dense. Of course the scent will manifest itself as pine and wood, but had a pleasant sweet undertone as well. Smoke was, surprisingly, on the smoother side. Once the high creeps up on you, a world of relaxation is at your feet. Classic indica effects but not extremely potent, so it's a great strain for socializing during the evening-night times.
