Tried it for the first time before bed last night. Now if you are looking for a duhhhh feeling this is for you. I fell sound asleep shortly after. Haha. So I would say definitely a bedtime strain. This strain has been recommended to me by my fellow insomniacs.  So I gave it a try. Took two rips a few mins apart and was loving it. Not to the point of feeling heavy and glued to the sofa. What I did feel  was the most relaxed I've felt in a long time . I was still able to tinker around the house.  Cook dinner dishes etc. Just in a nice and chill state.  As far as sleeping it doesn't knock me out but relaxes me enough so I can drift off naturally. Been using it for 3 months.  Have others in my arsenal but I always seem to reach for good old grandaddy purple.
