Me and my girlfriend are huge fans of Citadel! If they don't answer my initial call they call back very quickly and are quite cordial and knowledgeable on the phone. Delivery guys are always on point and are often willing to give their opinions on certain strains. We are moving away from the East Bay area soon and will miss Citadel tremendoulsy
