RudeBoi OG

Legit, top-shelf, 5 star, conoissuer's weed. Mine was grown by the ever-awesome Resin Ranchers here in Oregon, clocking in at just shy of 25% THC. The most notable aspect of this strain (to me) is the incredibly dank, savory, nutty/pine/citrus one-of-a-kind flavor that lingers on the palate long after the exhale. The effects are potent and well balanced between head and body, suitable for a wide range of activities/inactivities. I love this shit.

Archive Portland (Rec & Med)

Holy smokes!! This place is unbelievable!!! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this hidden gem. This flower is as top shelf as I've seen in Portland - truly some beautiful dankness. For this level of quality, the prices are very reasonable. The employees were all very helpful and friendly. It's very much out of my neighborhood (20-30 min drive), but worth the trek. I picked up a gram of their One Star/Lemon Peel, and I couldn't be more impressed. I will be back often, and I hope that eventually they expand their hours. P.S. VOTE TRUMP!!!

This is a really solid shop. High quality flowers, helpful bud tenders, and fair pricing. This is one of my regular destinations, and it will continue to be!

This is the best strain for a sour mood. Sunshine in a bag. I smoked this while feeling really down, and it totally turned my mood around. It also has a very unique sweet/piney flavor - almost incense-like, very not weedy at all. It's pretty clear headed too, even at ~22% thc. Very smooth, I didn't cough much until the very end of my .75g joint. I would get this again to use for my depression, but I generally prefer sativas with a more psychedelic effect, like Durban or hazes - I find them more exciting.

Phenomenal dispensary! Every flower I've ever purchased from them was terrific (in particular, their strain Equanimity is unlike anything I've ever tried). I'd rank Farma only second to Calyxes as Portland's best dispensary. Pricing is relatively decent given the quality. The place has an almost laboratory/sterile feel, which I don't mind, and the bud tenders are the best informed I've come across. They're all about the terps here - very scientific approach, almost to a fault. I like their non-indica/sativa categorization which focuses on effect over lineage. Great place!

I like this place. The top shelf options are too expensive, but all their flower is great quality, even the $10/g flowers. I highly recommend the Liontree items. Wait time is usually not bad, and all the bud tenders are real friendly. I'm not a fan of dispensaries that use bags to dispense weed - the flowers get crushed! I wish they'd use plastic pop-top containers, but their Liontree options for $10/g will keep me coming back.

I need to up this a half star from 3.5 to 4, based on its effects. I smoked this strain again (in a ~.5g joint, rather than maybe 1/4g in a bubbler) and I was stupefied! I concur with others who have mentioned that this strain wrecks short term memory. I could barely find my way from my parking space to the movie theater (3 blocks). Very fun - this shit gets you good and retarded!!

Dutch Treat

Wow! This strain blew me away!! A very strong high that hits the brain initially with an abrupt psychedelic metal shift, very euphoric. Also possesses a comfortably numb body buzz. Strong smelling flowers, with what others have described as a unique eucalyptus scent that also called to mind sandalwood and menthol, all of which come through in the delicious flavor against a sweet, earthy, piney backdrop. Very attractive vibrant green nugs, glistening in tiny trichomes that make the flower appear almost crystalline and wet. Extremely sticky on the break up. This is a late afternoon - evening smoke due to the strong indica finish, and not a strain I'd recommend for beginners because of the suddenness and strength of the high, but for connoisseurs this is top shelf stuff. I should mention that this was the first outdoor flower I'm aware of smoking. I've avoided sun grown in the past believing that it was an inferior product, but at least this grower (Liontree, out of southern Oregon) has got it down right (their Sour D is equally outstanding, and I've got my sights set on their Dutch Herer next)! I would purchase any of their flowers in the future, again and again - simply outstanding product, meeting or surpassing in quality any top shelf indoor I've tried. Acquired from Oregon's Finest HQ @ a whopping 28.8% THC. Highly, highly recommended.

Pineapple Express

3.5 stars. Pretty good. Definitely a pick me up, powerful energetic sativa domination, quite clear headed. It's a good functional strain, but I hoped for more euphoria. The smell is more lemony sweet than pineapple, IMO, but I was disappointed that the aroma didn't come through in the flavor very well. A smooth smoke though. Pretty light green, loose airy nugs. I found this strain quite similar to golden pineapple despite the dissimilar lineages. So far I'm not to crazy about pineapple strains, I wouldn't get this again, but it's not at all bad, just not very exciting. Acquired from Attis Trading Co (Gladstone) @ 23.14% THC.
