I want to start by saying I am VERY SURPRISED to see a negative review of this establishment. Things like price fluctuation and occasional genetic flaws are the nature of the beast in a non regulated market. This is true for an non standardized market whether it me MMJ or Bitcoin, or the Illegal Narcotic Industry, or even the Stock Market before the 1920 Securities Exchange Act... Until we have a federal agency that regulates this kind of thing and gives the growers the ability to act with impunity to provide the best product it is just the nature of the beast. These kind of situations are exactly like when Merck makes a drug in a multi billion dollar laboratory facility and some guy cooks crank in his bathtub... Obviously Merck doesn't have to worry about the smell or the electricity usage as opposed to a street cook. This is the kind of BS the DEA is forcing on MMJ producers, and if you want to complain to someone complain to the Federal Government. That said.... I cannot say enough about the staff, environment, and their IRREPROACHABLE customer service which is always accompanied with a smile. You have a budget? They will work with it... You new to all this? They will work with you... I have many of times walked out of there with twice the medicine I would have gotten because the staff is more than happy to get you the best bang for the buck. I ONLY shop at Emerald Palace and I will continue to do so come hell or high water. Thx Guys for all of your hard work and compassion.
