I just found out the labwork from my dispensary and I wanted to post it here. Where I got it, I always look for high CBD strains since they help severe nerve damage the most. The higher the CBD, the better my nerves "feel". Anyway, at this dispensary this was ranked 1st highest in percentage of CBD 1.3% they also have), which is great for sufferers of pain and muscle spasms.

Dude, this strain is out of this world. After smoking a bowl, I am feeling uplifted in spirits and extremely sleeeeeeeeeeeeepy, which is great because it's really difficult to get to sleep due to the constant pain and muscular spasms I have from nerve damage. If you need a strain that will uplift your sprit while gently whisking you off to dreamland (which as an added bonus relaxes muscles and fights pain very well too), you cannot go wrong with LA Confidential. I'm really enjoying this strain, and I'm glad my dispensary had it! As an added bonus, this was ranked 2nd highest in the dispensary in percentage of CBD at .9% (just slightly lower than the ridiculously high LSD OG @ 1.3% they also have), which is great for sufferers of pain and muscle spasms.

This is a great strain to take if you have nerve damage and need something during the day. It has great muscle relaxant properties. In addition, it gives me a the mood enhancement really helped me to accomplish everything I needed to do despite my searing nerve pain. I found this to be the opposite of couch lock - while medicated, I was even able to get out of my wheelchair and walk with my cane for a little for exercise outside of the physical therapist's office. I believe this is also known as "Purple Alien", or at least it was at the dispensary I got it from. This is absolutely one of the best strains to get to sleep, especially if you have nerve pain and spasms like I do. I really hope my dispensary keeps this one up, because I'm really happy with it.

The way the hybrid slowly works its way from sativa to indica is great. It helps get things done before the indica's effects really hit. Great for muscle spasms and the pain that goes hand in hand.
