Idk what it is with Central WA stores, but they all have the same weird vibe to them. This place is certainly no exception, whether it be the blatantly inexperienced sales staff (not all of them, just most of them) pushing old product on you at a high cost, the endless amount of $15-$20 grams of trash hash oil, the soulless & overbearing corporate vibe of the place, or maybe its just that you don't like paying $5-$15 more than other spots who actually know how to move product, whatever the case, you'll certainly be massively disappointed in this spot if you've been consuming cannabis for more than a few months. Its sort of like going to Wal Mart for you first time..."wow this place is so big!", but as you force yourself to return time and time again, the initial shock and awe dissipate faster than your patience in dealing with this place. I wouldn't at all be surprised if there was a fair bit of funny business going on behind the scenes here, something about this poor excuse for a store just doesn't sit well with you no matter what you tell yourself. Bottom line: these people don't have a clue, but then again that's what happens when you're running a business on nothing but generational wealth and nothing more. My only hope is that a better store will eventually come along and put this place out of business..it wouldn't be difficult, all you have to do is know how to move product, the very thing this establishment just can't seem to comprehend. Ellensburg deserves far better, but in the meantime, I'll gladly keep going all the way to Yakima to support a shop that actually cares and makes you feel like you're getting a half decent deal. This isn't rocket science we're dealing with here, afterall.

Best shop in eastern Washington, best quality, best selection hands down. Staff truly knows their inventory! Most shops in Seattle dont even carry this much fire product. Dont miss out or waste your time at other spots, this is where the fire is at!

These tight, bright buds must be from the 75% indica variety of the strain, having some mysterious Afghani heritage in there somewhere. Another reason I think this is because most sativa give me anxiety, this particular one does not. Very sweet in smell, very flavorful in smoke. High makes me all sorts of giggly and talkative. Great daytime smoke!

PieFace OG was bred by Archive Seeds [Cherry Pie X Face Off OG] and grown by M. Lasses in 100% organic medium. Taste is incredible, especially when smoking it in a joint. First comes the mixed berry wave of terpenes, I also got a slight hint of blueberries..although it was subtle next to the mixed berry business going on in there. The OG aftertaste comes through 100% when ground up in a joint. seriously, this stuff makes great joint herb. I cant stress that enough, haha. Smell is much like the taste, earthy berries at first but then you're suddenly overwhelmed by that wonderful, familiar, funky-OG smell. Medical effects are relaxing, starting at the very top of your head but then it works its way down your spine and then into your legs, loosens arm muscles and lowers the pressure behind the eyes, the high goes from headie as can be to a mellow, stoney feeling sure to leave you relaxed and calm. This was the hybrid entry from StarFire Community for the HTCC 2014.

Chem-Cookies, bred by Devine Genetics & grown in 100% organic medium by M. Lasses. Genetics are Chem4 X Girl Scout Cookies. Smell brings "sweet and sour" to mind, Mostly Chemmy and sour with an unmistakeable musky-sweet funk to it at the same time. Overall smell is 3/4 chem with 1/4 cooks, which really lingers in the air when exposed from an open jar. Once broken up the smell seems to reverse from sour to sweet mostly, as those good good cooks come through and punch you in the face with terpenes. Its a real battle of terps here as the funky chem clashes with the sweetness of the cooks. Appearance is ridiculously wonderful, nearly looks wet with THC. It really glistens in the light! Taste upon the exhale is all sorts of dried fruit and nuts, then comes the chemmy, fuel-y funk with a hint of lime at the end just for fun. Again, ridiculous and then some. The high starts at the lower, back part of your head and neck, relaxing your shoulders and giving you a very mellow, calm feeling. Excellent for anxiety and stress, promotes slight floating feeling. This was the Indica-dominate StarFire Community entry for the HTCC 2014.

True to it's rumored genetics, this outstanding pain-management strain is ideal for medicating any time of day. Littered with trichs, I'm really sad to see this particular stuff go. On the other hand, I'm beyond excited to get a chance to grow this for myself! Perfect taste mix of woody, sweet, vanilla and pine combined with the smell of creamy skunk this is sure to please even the most discerning of chron-oisseurs! New favourite strain of 2014 for sure!

Out of all the co-ops in Seattle, I love the Apothecary the best. The atmosphere the budtenders provide is welcoming and caring, truly some good people employed/volunteering here! I'm picky when it comes to my meds and they always cut the mustard when I'm looking for something new, potent and exciting. Been here a few times now and will definitely be going back asap. The Gods Gift that they carry is out of this world and the genetics are unlike any other! Also, try the coconut bars, they're extremely potent and tasty as can be. Love the layout of the place as well, hands down coolest looking co-op in town!

Smokes like top shelf stuff would. Can really taste those strong genetics! I got a lot better quality of nugs in the last batch I picked up compared to the nugs I just got today. Great for migraines and pain, I have both today and I'm just now feeling a lot better :]
