Mornings are the best time for me to get the full experience of a strain. I have medicated two mornings with G-13, right now and two mornings ago. Both days, it very quickly killed my oxycodone hangover, nausea, anxiety, stress, eased my pain, boosted my appetite and any feelings of angst and depression are way on the back burner. It's a very pleasant, sensory stimulating and vivid high. Even a black and white poster on the wall looks more vivid. The weather is changing, rain is moving in, the breeze is starting to blow and the birds are chirping. Another morning made more pleasant with G-13. If today is anything like the other day, I will soon go eat which is amazing because I wanted to puke an hour ago, and I will get sleepy which could be from a bads night sleep. Regardless, I will just medicate with some G-13 in a few hours and I will feel motivated and euphoric again. I haven't reviewed a strain in a long time, so this strain doesn't keep you from getting stuff done once you're up and at it, though I do feel like I could just as easily lie down and watch a movie. I do hope there is some time later today for a nap, though :) The buds smell delicious, are super sticky and frosty and covered with orange hairs. If I ground up some strains as much as I have to grind up this one the bud would turn into dust. I vaporize, and if my lungs were the size of a turkey bag, this bud is such an incredibly smooth smoke I swear my throat could handle inhaling the entire bag at once. I'm a big fan of this one and will be picking up some more to add to the jar.

I tried Ice once before when I was trying a ton of strains at once, and it did stand out to me. I have been searching for a good daytime flower that is not more than 50% sativa and that works well for my issues and I have found it! I wish I had donated for more of it and will be getting Ice next time Oregon's Finest has it available to patients. I vaporize and I regularly ingest RSO so my baseline for review is solid. I vaporized about a half gram (I fill two turkey bags of vapor each time) twice yesterday and I noticed the following medical benefits and side effects: medical issues treated - anxiety, depression, back pain, muscle pain, nerve pain, fibromyalgia, stress, ADHD, loss of appetite; side effects and benefits - focus, attentiveness, relaxation, energy, sense of overall well being, creativity, overall pain relief, I ate better than I had in days, and I slept a solid 7 hours - unusual for me because of pain and fibro - vaping and ingesting less cannabis in the evening than usual, getting tired more "naturally" and waking feeling more refreshed than usual. I remembered some of my dreams too which hasn't happened much lately, a sign for me of deeper, more restful sleep. Ice seems to be the perfect blend of the perfect parts of sativa and indica for my needs and is a strain I will always be looking for when running low until I find the one or two other daytime flowers to add that can match the brilliance of Ice. I am a loyal, daily medical user of cannabis. I'd say the overall effects and benefits of Ice are comparable to how we make ice in trays in our freezers. It usually takes a while to turn water into ice, and the effects of Ice definitely stay with me for a while, which is what seals the deal for me with a flower whose effects meet my needs. I also want to say that this flower from Oregon's Finest in Portland is grown by the same person who grows their UBC Chemo which I really wish Leafly would list because I could write a book about the medicinal powers of that growers strain of UBC Chemo. It is as powerful as Ice in its own unique way. They do it right there for sure. Take care and be well.

I'm a loyal patient of OF, able to get the flowers and other medications I need to treat all of my conditions, some of which, like acute anxiety, pain and nausea, are treated instantly and effectively, allowing me to maintain my normal if not improved upon day to day functions and responsibilities. I used his cooking oil on a veggie burger one evening and in mashed potatoes another evening that lasted several meals. I know, not the typical way, but a way that helped my body stay nicely medicated even when I was forced to eat bland food. I felt an almost immediate (within 15 minutes) mind and body calming effect when I used 1/2 tsp over a cooked veggie burger, the body and head highs set in for several hours and I slept really well all evenings I ate foods with the oil in them. Yoshi's tincture is quite special too. There is no such thing as top shelf at OF because they only provide patients with the finest, kindest medicines, the only differences being them trying to meet the many different needs of their patients. I am a loyal patient of Alternative Happiness because Laura and Mark are caring, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate people who provide top quality medicine. Laura recently gave me a sample of Sugar Cane Haze and and Candy Cane Haze. Very similar and very different! I used both medicines at the same time of day, late afternoon, with the exact same baseline each day. I'm a big indica and indica dominant hybrid patient, so these strains are new for me being so sativa dominant. I tried Sugar Cane Haze the first day -- main effects I noticed were stress and anxiety relief as well as depression, but not enough of a body stone for my needs. I also felt too much of the Purple Haze for my needs. I was quite surprised to find Candy Cane Haze to have a very similar but much more desirable and helpful effect. There was much less haziness, more anxiety and stress relief, very calming, more of a body high than Sugar Cane Haze, and long lasting. Both are long lasting, have great medical benefits, are beautifully grown flowers and are great medicine. I am beginning to appreciate sativa qualities more although indica simply works better for my brain/body needs. Despite my love of indica, I would definitely be interested in Candy Cane Haze in the future! Well done as always!

I'm a heavy indica user, and Blackberry Kush is being bumped to daytime by Raspberry Kush simply because, and sure it could have been the day, Blackberry Kush seems better for desired daytime mood effects whereas Raspberry Kush will just be used for pain/anxiety/stress/insomnia type stuff. Excellent and very fragrant buds from Oregon's Finest in Portland.

I'm a heavy indica user with a really high tolerance, so because this strain made me feel unusually focused and energetic while being relaxed and sleepy, I succumbed to the freshness of nighttime energy and the first episode of the new season of Sons of Anarchy rather than allow myself to relax and go to sleep. And, I can still tell you everything that happened on that show, so this strain is on my newly forming Top 5 Daytime Strains list.. 6/10 for nighttime but 8/10 for daytime.
