There seems little information on the 'strain' for Ruderalis, so my guess is the Red Dwarf is similar? I'm writing more about Ruderalis and the wonderful medicinal benefits of this plant. Had chronic fatigue Syndrome for 22 years. Without Ruderalis - I'd be bedridden or literally dead from suicide. This strain has enabled me to still work part-time and look after myself. I take as an oil. It feels as if it builds up my immune system, and feels as if it gives my body strength, particularly around my adrenals. While it doesn't put me to sleep, it helps a person relax, and is an anti-stress strain. My pre-menopausal symptoms have just about disappeared, (no hot flushes) and I also feel very uplifted well into the next morning (I only take at night). Keeps the emotions elevated. Hopefully leafly will give a section to the little Ruderalis hero so that more people can learn of it's benefits and get hold of this gem. It could those who don't wish to be too out of it during the day, who wish to alleviate their anxiety and seek relief from depression. Or need something as an immune builder (or strength). It's a little miracle. High CBD, low THC.
