I love mercy wellness. Every staff member that I spoke with has been very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. The quality is amazing and reasonable prices. I am on a tight budget but cannabis products help me so much. I have trouble affording the cannabis products that make me feel better. I saw they provided medical patients high-quality free products. Really appreciate the experience I had with this dispensary. It was my first time doing store front, usually I order delivery bc I've been intimidated to go out to a store. This place has some of the best products around.. I always pickup a few gs of wax and some sativa flowers. Never disappointed, 10/10 would highly recommend this spot. Hopefully see them left coast extracts pods in stock soon.

I heart Have a Heart Does not use Apple Pay I was escorted out of the store by one of their security guards very rude add Apple Pay I attempted to spend $200 before I was escorted out of The cannabis location, they do not support Apple Pay if you are going there and plan on using Apple Pay this is not a great location

Not sure of the gentlemans name, but he is always helpful, we kind of clashed the first time we met at the store, but since then he has always been extremely helpful and kind. I was in today around 2:00-2:30. He has earned his 5-star review.

What I like about Grass Roots was that not only was the staff very helpful, hearing about their experiences with cannabis products helped me delve into a part of cannabis. That new part was edibles. I purchased the Huckleberry Wyld gummies and they gave me the best high I received in a while. Thank you Grass Roots SF!!!!!
