This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). Recently started ordering from here, have ordered twice now. Very impressed so far! This is the real deal, quality service.. Happy they serve bakersfield since I have to call this place home. You get a call when you first sign up and order. Easy ordering process. They accept credit / debit, and your order is at your door next day. They have a great variety and reasonable prices! Only thing is the order tracking on their website didn't seem to work for me, hopefully they can get that fixed. Still received a text when it was showing up though! 5/5 will be ordering more in the future!

Just moved, and first experience was amazing. The people were wonderful, kind, and knowledgable. The building was clean and organized, and in and out in just a few minutes.

EMBR is the best. Emily is my favorite budtender! She Always remembers what I like and never rushes me. Everyone is super polite, professional and pleasant. The daily deals are always great! I highly recommend them.
