Quick and friendly service, knowledgeable purveyor, new items arriving often, but staples remain the same. Also the consumer racial component (Shopping While Black) is completely absent. Anytime someone asks if I need assistance, I get the impression they truly want to help me meet my strain/product/strength needs.

Jacob was solid gave me a lot of options definitely help me come in and out quickly.

We were sad our guy Peter wasn't there, but we met some new awesome people! Liz was super sweet, very helpful and knowledgeable. The other guy behind the counter was too. Even the security guard was very nice and very gentlemanly. We always have a great experience here! Great rotating deals and a really nice selection, including lots of vegan options for edibles. Came back a few weeks later and was helped by Tyler this time with our first Weedmaps pickup order. It was super smooth and easy to check out with. She is super sweet too and really fun to talk to! I had to wait for the bank to approve my ATM withdrawal and she made the time go by way faster. Had great local recommendations too on food marketplaces etc. She also said coming soon there will be shelves stocked with glass pieces and pipes. Also, a stand just featuring weekly deals. Can't wait!! Thanks for everything. Looking forward to the next time!

I’ve been to 6-7 area dispensaries and this has been the best experience I’ve ever had. The space is large, clean, well-organized. The menu is very visible. By far the best service I’ve ever had a place. 2 female budtenders working that day, one of them was so helpful in picking strains that help with creativity and energy without making me anxious. Her edible selection was spot-on. My new favorite place!

I was in Fresno on a business trip, was referred by a friend to use these guys. Great menu! Will def use them again when I'm back in the area.

The best dispensary in town! Prices are affordable compared to other places and the products are great. The budtenders are always so nice and helpful.

I have ADHD and the only thing I didn’t like about this place is it’s a LOT to take in. They have a LOT of inventory and there’s a LOT going on. The last time I went into NHC there wasn’t any music playing and I was sorta happy about that, cuz with ADHD, it’s just a lot with so many things going on. I would like to go in some time when it’s less crowded. Aesthetically NHC is very pleasing to the eye. Very clean neat and organised. The place doesn’t have a distinct odor (good or bad) unless they are helping you smell the product- then it smells awesome! The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and seem to genuinely want to help figure out your needs as a customer. Seems like a great team. Reception is always warm and inviting. I’d give it all the stars except (because of the ME thing) I’d have to subtract like a fourth of a star because of how loud it can be. The last time I went in it wasn’t loud and there was less going on. Like I said- it’s a ME thing not necessarily a them thing. If you like good bud, for medicinal or recreational use- they are the place to get it. It’s kind of a drive for us, but I mostly REALLY like this place. I just have to get in and get out because I get overstimulated easily. I’m not really going to subtract any stars…. Overall it was and continues to be a very interesting experience with each visit. Their CBD/THC 1:1 Gummy’s are my favorite. *Pomegranate* Nice body buzz without being overly heady(mind high) Anyway- that’s my favorite product of theirs. I also enjoy their Harlequin flower by Jett Fuel. I have recommended this place to family and friends in this area.

I've been coming to OG for about 2 years now and it hands down my favorite dispo. Excellent customer service and a great selection at more than reasonable prices. If you're in the Ojai Valley area definitely check out Ojai Greens first, you won't be disappointed!

Went to sdrc last Christmas when I was in town and enjoyed it. March and Ash makes that place look like the Arizona shops I see normally. One of the best pot shops I have ever been to. 10/10 would recommend, super friendly and helpful concierges.

SDRC is patient friendly! As someone who suffers from a long list of mental and physical health issues, it's so important for me for a budtender to have a vast knowledge on the products and strains they sell. Customer service is always on point here. the staff never makes me feel like im just another dollar sign here. I wanna give major props to Geo and karlton for always being so compassionate, kind,patient, and helpful. They really go out of their way to make sure i get the best products that work for me. SDRC crew is the best! :)

I really liked the presentation of the place it was overstimulated with items. The bud tender Chelsi was really helpful and knowledgeable of different strains. I tried one of their lemonade drinks and it was really good and effective which is supervising because edibles don’t usually have strong effects on me.

Such an amazing place! Maybe the other reviewers went when they first opened. This shop is the best and has great deals!
