Overall a great experience — prompt notification that my order was being prepared, great communication when an item I ordered was no longer available, and offered a few good options to replace it. They provided a thirty minute delivery window, and I was pleased (and surprised) that they arrived within it. I'll definitely order again.

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). There’s a wide variety of concentrates and flower, the prices are fair, and overall it’s just a nice experience coming in here. All I have to say is we needed something like this this place is clean awesome a lot of their stuff is reasonably priced. The staff is awesome.
