Every time I come to shop here I am always greeted as a close friend. I come in the mornings mostly and Scotty, Kyla, Delaney and Emmett are always so wonderful. No matter what weird questions I have or if my indecisiveness gets the best of me, they have the perfect recommendations and so much knowledge to share. I love this place, I've frequented various places over the year in Oregon/Washington. They are very kind, helpful and patient. I can kind of bumble around with my questions and interest in various things. I might leave thinking to myself, how annoying are you? But they never make me feel that way. Great place, plenty of space and options.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Tacoma, the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the lemon slushee by fire bros. Chaos helped me today and he was very attentive and friendly. 5 stars all day long!

I'm a regular customer. Ordering online is convenient, and grants some pretty good discounts. The shop always smells amazing, and the staff are equally pleasant. My order is always promptly filled, and ready by the time I get there. My only gripe is that Indica edibles are a bit on the expensive side. Would recommend to a friend.

Every time I walk in, everyone is so sweet and welcoming. I never feel judged for asking questions and everyone is so knowledgeable. This is my go-to shop and despite no longer being on my commute home, I go out of my way by almost 15 minutes because I can’t fathom even looking at other shops

Ignore my ratings on service because I couldn’t end up going in, I am a med patient and can only go in medical dispos because of my age. Not their fault at all but Leafly lists them as med and rec, they are ONLY rec.

This dumb out-of-state newbie to legal cannabis (from a very anti-cannabis state) very much enjoyed their very first visit to a dispensary! I did my research beforehand so I knew what I wanted before I got in, but the ladies who helped my local friends and I were very helpful, chill and gave personal recommendations. I would very happily visit again!

Contrary to another review, they ask you to lower your mask for literally 5 seconds so they can see your face to match your ID...all while behind a giant plexiglass divider. Some ppl like to exaggerate I guess. Overall, great selection and knowledgeable staff. Definitely check it out.

Budtenders are super helpful and friendly, great selection of bud, concentrates, and edibles, and super cheap prices - concentrate grams for $10! Unbelievably awesome!! This is my go-to dispensary!

I have been a customer here since they opened. My wife is very ill and has very weird needs cannabis wise. Cassidy has taken extra time to run down the best product and application to help my girl. Love these guys! I always get great service from friendly staff. I wish the selection could be better, but it's an isolated location with a small local population, so I suppose it wouldn't make much sense to stock it the same way you would a shop on the mainland.

I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.
