Went to sdrc last Christmas when I was in town and enjoyed it. March and Ash makes that place look like the Arizona shops I see normally. One of the best pot shops I have ever been to. 10/10 would recommend, super friendly and helpful concierges.

Had a great experience there. Nice place, great options, friendly service. Elysia is an amazing women, she helped me find the strain I needed and also was overall a great person. I was so impressed by my first bud tender, Andy and my next one, Ty. They were very kind and knowledgeable and walked us thru the list of items we were interested in. When we got home, I thought there were a couple of items missing from my sealed bag. I called the number and was so pleasantly surprised when Lera called me back within 30 minutes! I gave her my receipt number and told her that I was certain it was just an oversight and that no foul play had happened. (We had a confusing order!) Anyhow, I checked my receipt against my product and I was not charged for the items not in the bag! It was my bad. I called them back to tell them and, again, they called me right back. I apologized for the confusion and they were very gracious. Our experience at Planet 13 was positive from them moment we walked in until after the transaction...and the products were amazing. I love this place.

Was my first time visiting Las Vegas stopped here after waiting for awhile at another place. There was no wait and the guy who helped me was very informative, patient, and helpful with assisting me on finding what exactly I wanted and all for a great price that I don’t have here back at home in Texas. First time coming here, super stoked at the service I received. They were sold out of one item I had ordered online which sucked but I got amazing deals on a bunch of pre rolls. Only issue for me was the security.. on their phones, leaned against walls, attitude.. no real physical presence and as a veteran, these guys would be considered soft targets.

SDRC is patient friendly! As someone who suffers from a long list of mental and physical health issues, it's so important for me for a budtender to have a vast knowledge on the products and strains they sell. Customer service is always on point here. the staff never makes me feel like im just another dollar sign here.
