Maggie's Farm Fillmore has all my medical needs. From topicals to edibles, and of course they has some of the best Clean Green Certified Flower in the state. If you are looking for flower that has amazing terpenes and a broad spectrum of canaboids to heal your body Maggie's Farm is were its at. The budtenders have an indepth knowledge of cannabis and are extremely helpful and kind hearted. Proud to be a Maggie's Farm Patient!!!

I have never came here and have been disappointed. The Budtenders are always helpful and nice. The Flower and concentrates are always on point best place in the springs to me!

Personal Attention I obtained my clones here this season. They were grown in COS, Pueblo and Center CO. All did exceptionally well under 3 different micro-climates. Big producers and tight flower.

As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. They also took the time to address any concerns I had and provided me with resources for further education. The education I received from at this dispensary was mind blowing and outstanding!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I left feeling confident and informed about the medical process of marijuana laws. OH, Did I mention PATIENT!! Like seriously OMG!!! I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service and education on the legal and medical aspects of using medical marijuana! They also give you a store credit to reimburse you for the cost of you're doctor's certification visit prior to obtain you're medical marijuana licence!! Dont waste your time shopping anywhere else.. Kind Theraputics has the best selection in town hands down... The owners Randy and Jeremy are very knowledgeable and friendly.. I have been a loyal customer for years and I've always had a great experience from all of the staff members. My last visit was about 2 weeks ago and I was assisted by Alissa. She was courteous, patient and professional and I wanted to give her a shout out on a stellar job.

The ER is always awesome! I went to the other dispensary across the street from the ER, A Cut Below?, a HUGE MISTAKE.

This is the best dispensary in Colorado Springs. If you haven’t given them a try you need to go by and see them. It’s full of really awesome people that will take care of you and make sure you get what you are looking for I personally love this place and if you give it a try, you might find you love this place too

As a concentrate enthusiast, I highly recommend Sano Gardens. Never tried them before shopping here & was impressed by the quality. As for flower, their Veritas line had the biggest, frostiest & stanky nugs...makes for a tough choice!

I agree with another reviewer who called this the Apple store of dispensaries. It is bright, inviting and has space to browse the products before getting to the counter. Not for the price-conscience but it isn’t more expensive than other shops in high-traffic retail areas. I look forward to my next visit.

This shop is beautiful, so clean and bright. I loved the warm welcome I get, everyone is so genuine. I’m a huge fan of the Mary’s medicinal CBD/CBN tinchure. It releases my anxiety the same way pharmaceuticals do, it also kicks in quicker. Helps with sleep tremendously. I’m so glad you all are here!
