Really appreciate the experience I had with this dispensary. It was my first time doing store front, usually I order delivery bc I've been intimidated to go out to a store. They made my experience such a pleasure. Ashley really took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to US Bloom Collective! This was My first time ordering from Uncle Green and I’m honestly super impressed! The delivery was FAST(like way faster than I expected) and customer service was top tier. They made me feel comfortable as a first time customer and answered all my questions without an attitude. You can tell they actually care about the customer, not just the sale. That alone will have me coming back. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

They were out of a few things that I ordered. It was their Soft Opening and the the prices rocked, so that can be expected. Communication was fabulous! They chatted with me online and offered substitutions. The whole shopping experience was pretty darn good even though newbie employees were still finding their feet. I wish I could have made it to the Grand Opening yesterday...I will shop there again. Nice atmosphere with beautiful landscaping. It puts the other place down the street to shame!

If you want good weed that it’s gonna break your pocket. This is the place. You can get yourself ounce between $80-$120. They always have deals too!

This place has been undeniably the best. I drive approximately 40 - 50 miles just to come here. Their prices beat the ones in my local area, a large selection of products, and their staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful. They're non-judgmental and exceptionally accommodating. I stay in the lounge for up to hours at a time. The atmosphere is really chill and respectful. They also provide trays, lighters, grinders, ash trays, etc. in their lounge area so you can enjoy yourself. This is my home away from home. :)

WOW. This place is like the Louis Vuitton store of weed. They carry all the bomb brands. But tenderswere super helpful and nice. This will be my only go to shop. I highly recommend checking them out. You won’t be sorry.

Came here on a whim and glad I did. The staff was awesome and knowledgeable. A good environment and never felt rushed and everything they had was actually great quality. I will be changing my go to spot right here. 24 hours just sweetens the deal. Keep up the good work guys.

We visited 4.20. Sebastian was our bud-tender & he was exceptional. Patient & took care of all our questions. I would highly recommend.

I was so impressed by my first bud tender, Andy and my next one, Ty. They were very kind and knowledgeable and walked us thru the list of items we were interested in. When we got home, I thought there were a couple of items missing from my sealed bag. I called the number and was so pleasantly surprised when Lera called me back within 30 minutes! I gave her my receipt number and told her that I was certain it was just an oversight and that no foul play had happened. (We had a confusing order!) Anyhow, I checked my receipt against my product and I was not charged for the items not in the bag! It was my bad. I called them back to tell them and, again, they called me right back. I apologized for the confusion and they were very gracious. Our experience at Planet 13 was positive from them moment we walked in until after the transaction...and the products were amazing. I love this place.

I don't know that I've ever had an easier time at any dispensary...NV, AZ, CA, it don't matter. My dumb ass didn't catch the name of the tender that helped my homegirl and I, but she was sweet and hella patient with the two of us. The disposables and flower suggested definitely hit the spot and didn't break my wallet (that Garlic Mints tho, dayum). I don't live in Vegas, sadly... but if I did, this would be my go to for sure.
