I want to UPDATE the recent review of The Apothecarium. 5 stars for customer service per the new general manager David. He personally gave me a call regarding the below issue and offered a solution that works for all, and will work on improving customer service in the stores. Thank you!

Sparc always knows how to do things the right way. I definitely prefer the mission street dispensary but when on Haight street... this one works just fine. Always top product. I'll be back!

Lici helped me out today and I will be coming back just to see her and have her help me. I had ordered product online and she was able read me and my needs; which were not what I had ordered online. She helped me change my order and gave me some new knowledge to go with my beautiful products. I went in right before they closed and she, and other employees were very kind and didn’t make me feel like my late arrival was frustrating. Inside was beautiful, spacious, and clean. I went here for the first time today. I had just heard about this location just last night. The very pretty (and very knowledgeable) African American Woman helped me pick out a few items I needed and she made great suggestions that I am enjoying a lot now at home. It is also is a very nice quiet, great little strip mall in a nice neighborhood.

Really appreciate the experience I had with this dispensary. It was my first time doing store front, usually I order delivery bc I've been intimidated to go out to a store. They made my experience such a pleasure. Ashley really took the time to answer all of my questions and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back to US Bloom Collective!
