These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. I went here for the first time today. I had just heard about this location just last night. The very pretty (and very knowledgeable) African American Woman helped me pick out a few items I needed and she made great suggestions that I am enjoying a lot now at home. It is also is a very nice quiet, great little strip mall in a nice neighborhood.

Had ‌such ‌a ‌great experience with STIIIZY Alameda. Everyone was welcoming & actually helpful their recs were on point. I also tried delivery yesterday. Whole thing was way simpler than I thought it would be. Everything arived fresh no weird surprises just what I was looking for. Best dispensary in Alameda. I live almost directly behind this store. I needed something tonight so I walked over to get something. The website says they're open until 8. I got to their gate at 7:48. The gate was already locked and chained. I don't know about you, but when a store says it closes at 8 I expect them to still be open at 7:48. I need a pot store that realizes that lots of people buy their weed in the evening...
