Great place, great staff. Their prices are "out the door"...so if it says $55 for half an ounce of indoor, that's all you'll pay...it won't be $55 online and then when you get there it's $85. I bought a half ounce of Moonbow (23%) for $55...period. That's pretty cool. I've only found one place that beats its prices and I ain't tellin'.

Desiree is always so sweet and kind and patient with us, whenever we have questions or need a fast response time they are always on it. We needed our weed asap today and they came thru! One of the best Experiences I’ve had using a delivery service, I was finished with the whole order and delivery process in less than two hours. I order 6 different pre rolls and a cart all of them where package properly and hit/worked perfectly. Would recommend them 1000 percent.

They have a great selection with super fast delivery. The edibles I got were delicious and they were super nice, so they get an A on customer service too.

Let me be the first to tell you how great this shop is. It may be small in size but the quality of the staff is outstanding and they have a pretty big selection of products to choose from. They have our RAD Vape cartridges for a really great price as well. As a brand ambassador, I get the opportunity to stop in a lot and I love it each time!

This shop is a high demand shop and for a good reason! The staff is top notch and are all very well educated in all their products to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. I love getting to come in for demos and shop educations as a brand ambassador for Rad Vapes. If you have never been in this shop you definitely need to check it out. The best prices for great weed that I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to exactly ONE very slightly cheaper one (like, by a few dollars), but the weed wasn’t as good. Everywhere else in Florence is far more expensive for the same stuff. I’m one to think everything is expensive, so when I see something that’s comparatively inexpensive AND it’s good? That’s awesome. Plus, they’ll usually help you find more bang for your buck (there are deals all the time). The service is great. Everyone there is kind, asks how I am, remembers what type of thing I like (“Why aren’t you dabbing anymore?” “I think you’ll really like this flower.”), asks about my family, just, like... all things that make me feel like they’re your friends. I have severe social anxiety and it’s pretty much the only place where I can talk to people on my own, AND without feeling judged. I’ve been going here for over a year and a half, and everything’s been so great with them that the only time I buy from other places is when I’m in Eugene and it can’t wait. Overall, very impressed. Have always been impressed with them and will continue to go here for years to come.

Pound for pound the best customer experience in Florence. Knowledgeable staff with decades of experience. Comparable products and competitive pricing. Much better consistency across the board over competitors. Overall, it's not worth wasting time, energy, or resources going elsewhere. I've learned that the long time local business is family owned and operated and it really shows in the care and thoughtfulness they demonstrate with their customers especially with elderly people who have more specialized needs.
