I love mercy wellness. Every staff member that I spoke with has been very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. The quality is amazing and reasonable prices. I am on a tight budget but cannabis products help me so much. I have trouble affording the cannabis products that make me feel better. I saw they provided medical patients high-quality free products. Not sure of the gentlemans name, but he is always helpful, we kind of clashed the first time we met at the store, but since then he has always been extremely helpful and kind. I was in today around 2:00-2:30. He has earned his 5-star review.
The staff is well educated and easy to work with. Budtender Jacob had a keen and thorough understanding of the clones I was seeking. We were able to chat terpenes, medicinal qualities and structure of the plants with ease. I am delighted with the purchase. I drove from Novato to Santa Rosa and am deeelighted I did.

As an Account Manager for Mammoth Distribution, I get to stop into Redwood all the time! They are always happily serving the community, and their flower selection never gets skimpy! Its a great place to be able to get the classic brands, and also some smaller local products! I love shopping here, and working with them professionally! The budtenders are all friends with the customers, and they have some amazing loyal fans of the shop! Stop in on your way up the 101!
