Gemme Verdi is easily one of the best spots in the city. The deals are always on point, whether you are stocking up or trying something new, there is always a great price. I heart Have a Heart Does not use Apple Pay I was escorted out of the store by one of their security guards very rude add Apple Pay I attempted to spend $200 before I was escorted out of The cannabis location, they do not support Apple Pay if you are going there and plan on using Apple Pay this is not a great location

These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. Was in town for the weekend and stumbled across this dispensary. It is located close to Chinatown and Italy. Staff and security were amazing. Prices are great. Best products we found while in town.

I want to UPDATE the recent review of The Apothecarium. 5 stars for customer service per the new general manager David. He personally gave me a call regarding the below issue and offered a solution that works for all, and will work on improving customer service in the stores. Thank you!

Been coming here off and on since they opened. I kinda miss how they used to check your ID at the little box window, then open the door to let you in. It had a bit of a speakeasy feel to it, and I dug it. I hope they continue to stick around. The shop is small, but the product is always top shelf.

I’ve been to the Apothecarium in Soma on multiple occasions, and they never fail to impress! The layout of the dispensary is clean and the ambiance reflects its namesake- it gives off early 20th century vibes for sure. The budtenders are knowledgeable, not pushy but patient, their selection is pretty expansive, and the prices are definitely on the better side. Due to the proximity to my work in addition to everything listed above, this is my new go-to for anything weed related.

I come here at least once a week or 10 times a month... literally. The staff: it's a hit or miss depending on if they're new or not. I know some of the staff names as to Gio & Daniel. They're dope budtenders, knowledgeable and enjoy our small chats. I typically come in the night before they close, since I get off pretty late at 9:30 in Marin County, I always try to make it because it's open until 10PM, which helps me even if there about to close, I understand that it's a bothersome being that late customer but, there's no dispensary in Marin County open late, so crossing the bridge is worth it especially with welcoming staff that are true to their job and helping people with their needs. Always gives the best recommendations.

What I like about Grass Roots was that not only was the staff very helpful, hearing about their experiences with cannabis products helped me delve into a part of cannabis. That new part was edibles. I purchased the Huckleberry Wyld gummies and they gave me the best high I received in a while. Thank you Grass Roots SF!!!!!

Friendly folks, welcoming layout, in and out quickly. Kind of a hidden gem for top shelf flower, w/ 2022 Emerald Cup winners in their inventory at ~$5 cheaper per eighth than anywhere else in the city at the time of this posting. Will definitely be back!

Konbanwa and Bonjour Moe"s greens, they know me as Keith but they never go by my real name Keiki or Most people called me Panda or ThePandaPhotographer I’ve been in San Francisco since Nov 16th, 2020, and been working off and on but been sleeping outside too to save money and stay away from some people. But when I need time alone, I’ve been going to Moe's green’s and the staff and the selects are by far one of the best so far. To be honest with you this is the only dispensary I have been going to after having my personal counters with some of the dispensaries that had a bad experience understanding not to take a photo I’d of Passport. Can I say when I go in and check-in, and yes the check-in procedure is easy and fast " especially if you are a regular that comes all the time" You earn points and when you earn points, so this is how it works! So, every $10 that you spend is 10 points but if you get 100 points it’s five dollars off your next purchase. 4 The staff is the dopest and well-respected people I have met so far in san Francisco. So friendly and that including the security patrol that’s on shift. The pretty nice gentlemen I have to say it. They always greet me and farewell me when I exit. To be honest, here, each time and each visit I purchase something just makes me feel right. The team at Moe's will let you on the deals for the week, " if you are not aware of it online with your Mobile device" I recommend this dispensary, I have family there now and that is love to everyone at Moe"s Greens. I am off To Wisconsin but before I left I got some goodies and Moe's Greens never disappoint Now, if you live in the San Francisco areas and you want to also earn points as you purchase the finest from the best weed, oil, drinks, tee, and the list just goes friends, Moe Greens is the best spot. I will come back again next time.
