These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. They always make sure you find exactly what you’re looking for, whether it’s flower, vapes, edibles, or concentrates. The deals are unbeatable and the selection is the best I’ve ever seen — seriously the best selection ever!!! From exotics to everyday favorites, they always have something new and exciting on the shelves. Prices are amazing compared to other shops, and the daily specials make it even better. The shop itself is clean and has a great energy. Curbside pick-up is quick and convenient, too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Gemme Verdi truly sets the standard for dispensaries in SF.

I’ve been to the Apothecarium in Soma on multiple occasions, and they never fail to impress! The layout of the dispensary is clean and the ambiance reflects its namesake- it gives off early 20th century vibes for sure. The budtenders are knowledgeable, not pushy but patient, their selection is pretty expansive, and the prices are definitely on the better side. Due to the proximity to my work in addition to everything listed above, this is my new go-to for anything weed related.

I come here at least once a week or 10 times a month... literally. The staff: it's a hit or miss depending on if they're new or not. I know some of the staff names as to Gio & Daniel. They're dope budtenders, knowledgeable and enjoy our small chats. I typically come in the night before they close, since I get off pretty late at 9:30 in Marin County, I always try to make it because it's open until 10PM, which helps me even if there about to close, I understand that it's a bothersome being that late customer but, there's no dispensary in Marin County open late, so crossing the bridge is worth it especially with welcoming staff that are true to their job and helping people with their needs. Always gives the best recommendations.

What I like about Grass Roots was that not only was the staff very helpful, hearing about their experiences with cannabis products helped me delve into a part of cannabis. That new part was edibles. I purchased the Huckleberry Wyld gummies and they gave me the best high I received in a while. Thank you Grass Roots SF!!!!!
