I’m from Eugene but every time I visit family in Bend I always stop by Substance on division. They are always so welcoming, helpful, and prompt. I’ve always had great experiences each and every time, and I highly recommend this place to people I know

I was incredibly disappointed to find out you closed out of nowhere. A heads up to your many patrons would have been great. Such a shame, another weed store gone. You guys had fantastic bud tenders, a great manager, so I’m guessing you had crappy corporate owners. I hope someone picks up where story left off because there’s plenty of 4-20 business available in the Williams-Ash Fork area. A lot of us medical patients have a tough time driving an hour to Flagstaff or over an hour to Prescott Valley.

The shop is big with easy parking. I enjoyed my bud tender and they recommended some fire Vanilla Orange Sprinkle.

Me n my homie came in earlier, was his first time n I hadn’t been in for a bit. Me n my homie got 3 different strains. Lime dawg, biscotti, garlic sherb. N man the weed has been some of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend

The Drain La Mota is a great place to shop. They have a diverse knowledge of cannabis and along with that they remember what we like and always recommend items that they know will suit our tastes. Christa and Alan will not steer you the wrong way, Make sure you stop in this location on your way to the coast! One of Oregon's greatest little secrets! Great prices, great service!

What a refreshing change from the dry, stale products offered in Bandon. We gratefully 'discovered' S & S on a trip to coos bay and will definitely be back - the trip is so worth it to get fresh, quality flower and at a great savings over what we were paying too. The price, strain name, strength, etc is clearly printed on a big board and on each jar.... no straining to read the menu :) The sweetest budtender that helped with our selections is terpene knowledgeable to top it off. Wish you had a store in Bandon but you have our business until you do !

The staff was very welcoming and easy to talk to. Great suggestions and lots of information, not to mention the quality of their product is some of the best I've ever seen. When I went to visit Weed Again, it was a great experience. My first impression walking is was giving a chill vibe. My bud tender Glenn was VERY VERY knowledgeable about every product I asked about and that shows how much he knows about the product in that store, which doesn’t happen with most bud tenders I run into at other shops. Glenn’s energy and customer service was dead on and helping me understand what I was buying and what effect it gives. Very polite and professional and I will DEFINITELY be back for more product and to visit my bud tender Glenn. Overall, great staff!!! Thanks Weed Again.
