Lici helped me out today and I will be coming back just to see her and have her help me. I had ordered product online and she was able read me and my needs; which were not what I had ordered online. She helped me change my order and gave me some new knowledge to go with my beautiful products. I went in right before they closed and she, and other employees were very kind and didn’t make me feel like my late arrival was frustrating. Inside was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Had ‌such ‌a ‌great experience with STIIIZY Alameda. Everyone was welcoming & actually helpful their recs were on point. I also tried delivery yesterday. Whole thing was way simpler than I thought it would be. Everything arived fresh no weird surprises just what I was looking for. Best dispensary in Alameda. These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. I heart Have a Heart Does not use Apple Pay I was escorted out of the store by one of their security guards very rude add Apple Pay I attempted to spend $200 before I was escorted out of The cannabis location, they do not support Apple Pay if you are going there and plan on using Apple Pay this is not a great location

I always enjoy coming in here; the manager and budtenders are always friendly and know how to find exactly what you need ! If you want consistent excellent service and solid prices I would come by !

This place has some of the best products around.. I always pickup a few gs of wax and some sativa flowers. Never disappointed, 10/10 would highly recommend this spot. Hopefully see them left coast extracts pods in stock soon.

The name of the game is high end products at a price point that makes sense for everyone. I recently became interested in RSO tabs and found this shop with massive discounts. We swooped in and picked up two containers for less than a c note. That’s always a huge bonus!
