I came in on vacation with my partner who was having an autoimmune flareup. I talked to Nate (I believe) and explained she has never really smoked cannabis but was willing to try. Needed something lightweight, uplifting, and pain relieving. It was a tall ask, but he delivered and recommended a strain that was perfect and made the rest of our stay so much more enjoyable. He was very personable and sincere, and I would definitely return.

Ordered delivery. Someone from the shop called to let me know delivery window for my area was late and if I was okay with that. I like the courtesy of letting you know you might have to wait. Delivery was in the window, delivery person was nice, and have enjoyed the purchase. First time, but won’t be my last.

It's delivery only in Redwood City per county statute, so atmosphere is just a fill in, since Leafly MAKES me rate it! (But when San Mateo County allows in person sales, I'm sure they will be as good in person as their delivery service!) ALWAYS great service! Delivery is super fast and professional. Ordered delivery service from Sovereign tonight and they were able to get my items delivered on time even though it was an order placed about an hour before they closed. Great quality products with excellent communication. The delivery driver/employee was very friendly and personable. One of the best Experiences I’ve had using a delivery service, I was finished with the whole order and delivery process in less than two hours. I order 6 different pre rolls and a cart all of them where package properly and hit/worked perfectly. Would recommend them 1000 percent.

I have had great experiences with this dispensary. The customer service is top notch as both delivery drivers and store associates are friendly, easy to talk too, always updating with any changes, and are open to any and all questions you may have. The products themselves have not disappointed as each cartridge, edible, or flower has been excellent. Sublime is definitely on my repeat list.

Fresh mint delivery was introduced to me by a coworker who knows that I love weed and different products that different companies make. They are professional they stand estimate when they’re going to be coming between 60 and 90 minutes example they have all the product they always tell you when they run out. They always explain the situation how you can use your points. How are you can order this and that. The drivers are probably the best experience. I have gotten all the drivers on time nice courteous they explained that they can help you out maybe if you have .
