The employees always seem happy to help no matter how busy the store is or inexperienced the customers are. They have some of the best prices in the state and have some house brands constantly on sale! If you’re in the area check them out.

Recently obtained my medical card and the team at Rise couldn’t have been more welcoming on my first visit. Friendly, knowledgeable staff from check in to check out. The dispensary is very nice and they are currently doing construction to expand. I purchased bud, vape, and edibles- all are legit. Great dispensary. Highly recommend.

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. Great deals everyday of the week.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.
