As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. They also took the time to address any concerns I had and provided me with resources for further education. The education I received from at this dispensary was mind blowing and outstanding!! They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I left feeling confident and informed about the medical process of marijuana laws. OH, Did I mention PATIENT!! Like seriously OMG!!! I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service and education on the legal and medical aspects of using medical marijuana! Overall, my experience at this dispensary was excellent. Chris and Amber were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the selection of products was top-notch. I would highly recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for high-quality medical marijuana products and excellent customer service. They also give you a store credit to reimburse you for the cost of you're doctor's certification visit prior to obtain you're medical marijuana licence!! Whom are also pretty amazing can't say who exactly but will say natural medicine is a way better alternative.. THANK YOU NATIVE ROOTS!!!!

These people are wonderful, very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The budtenders are exceptional and hip individuals that have all only ever treated me with the utmost importance and respect as a customer/patient. Including on my worst days or after I've been cleaning or bathing the dog they are still as courteous as can be. They are appreciative of their clientele and express this with great products and prices. Earlier and later hours are a plus and they even have great sales and have customer appreciation days with barbeques, music, swag and more sales. Often they have a food drive to help with community challenges and awareness. Which I think is again exceptional as well as inspirational and phenomenal. I personally recommend The Chronicle Boutique to anyone and everyone whom appriciate great quality at great prices, terrific deals with Exceptional customer service. Good products at a fair price! Zack the budtender is polite, will take the time to answer questions and is very helpful. The manager Kevin is just awesome, and makes you feel comfortable and welcome while there. Also a great signup bonus, worth the visit!

Naturaleaf recently went thru a "face lift" and is now going by Feel state. They have a great selection of high quality products. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in getting you the right medication for your needs. Their indica selection right now is killer and budtender Kaleb is killing it behind the counter! Highly recommend!

I haven't been by here in awhile - because my main dispo changed hands and I find myself waiting too long. I was served fast and was pleased to see 100dollar oz's with really nice nugs. I bought the Angelo and it's incredible. So much better. Thank you - glad I stopped by.

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff, and amazing products. Highest Quality stuff anywhere around the valley, hands down (come on, it's in the name). All of their flower is grown in living soil, making it organic. They make incredible live rosin products, edibles, carts, and concentrates alike. I'm excited to try the new live heads by Akta!

Cool Staff with a chill environment. Great buds with fire in house genetics. Sweet sales on flowers and they had a solid selection of concentrates and cartridges.

Russel, and the other staff here too are really great people, and excellent bud tenders! I can walk in with a budget and they give me a great deal to fill it. You can be totally honest about what you want from your high and they’ll hook you up. I’m a really big fan of their indicas and hybrids. The place is a little inconvenient to pull into, but if you’re walking from the bus stop you’ll have a short trip. I’m a long term customer and never had a real complaint, ever! They deserve a little raise. ;)
