This is my favorite dispensary & not just because it’s the closest. The staff is great!! Prices are great!! They are the fastest with filling online & getting their patients in & out.

First time in a dispensary. I went in for Black Friday sale. I am agoraphobic. I usually get deliveries from Trulieve to Fellsmere out of the Stuart, FL store by ordering online or through the main Trulieve number. The Sebastian store were organized, clean, nice and got me in and out as fast as possible. A normal day I'm sure would have been much faster.

when we first entered we were greeted by Jessica who was very helpful. We had a pick up order and agent" BRI "completed our order. "Bri" was excellent and took the time to explain how to use the distillate in many different ways. She is an asset to your Company.

I love the atmosphere at this Fluent. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Green Dragon at 1712 Del Prado Blvd S. in Cape Coral is hands-down one of the best medical marijuana dispensaries I’ve ever visited. At MUV they make me feel very comfortable, the staff know their products and are very informative. I liked that they take the time and explain what product is best for me. place is very clean and organized, I look forward to going there

This was a great location! Super clean looks like doctor office. Check them out! There staff knows there product. Just tell them what your issue is and they will recommend what you need. Trust them they are experienced!

It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. Gave me information to review about their products and services. My purchases were high quality and will definitely do business again.

From receptionist to specialist, employees were cheerful, knowledgeable and professional!

I’m a local at Sunnyside and I always have the best experience with Tyler. He greets me by name, always has a smile on his face and super pleasant. Tyler deserves more than 5 stars.

The Ocala dispensary staff is knowledgeable, with a wide-variety menu ,that is better in the store that is displayed so it is in plain sight to see on a large flat screen t.v. with all prices,specials and available discounts! There is no debate of what product is available or coercing to buy higher priced products, that there seems to be at another dispensary in Ocala. Great product! Great 25% off of your shopping cart your first visit, and 50% off your shopping cart your second visit! Only thing is, the online menu does not list everything.

They are 4sho my " kind" of ppl .. every experience is full of knowledge & honest joy .. not only do I feel better leavin' with all I need & the best deals & rewards ..I enjoy comin' in & dealin' with ppl who have customer service skills that Abso-fuckin'-lutely deserve mention ... this is a kick ass staff of individuals..

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

They’re phenomenal. Great product, superior product and they have incredible customer service. They have a lot of product, so many strains, such a selection. Their product is also strong. The distillate is AWESOME.

This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work

First time customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The prices are great and the sales are phenomenal. The product, WOW!! Superior product, the distillate is top shelf and the flower is so smooth. They have so many strains!! They are so helpful!! I am a BIG Trulieve fan and I will be back. They really helped me, they explained product i wasn't clear about. They really took the time and I appreciate that. I think about my elderly Mom visiting a place like this and how she would do and this place would be excellent. Great customer service. They genuinely care and want to help you find the right solution for your condition. The stock here is better than most other shops. I drive here from NSB because Trulieve never has good stock.
