This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.

This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

Had just gotten approved for my card. First place I went the following day. Very new and not totally sure what to do. I knew what issues I wanted to handle. The person (wish I could remember her name) took her time and explained things but did not overload me with too much information. Prices were cool even without the discounts and sale items offered. But that was a nice plus. Definitely going back. Thanks for the help.

So I tried the Divine Storm X Triangle Bx1 today and it’s awesome. Love the taste and satisfying. Gives instant relaxation, and doesn’t make you tired. Really hope they bring this strand permanently to the menu.

Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I always like going to Trulieve in Venice; it has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere and it's close to our home. The Counter Attendants are always helpful and have a cheery attitude. Having said that, this is the first time I've written a Review. Yesterday, Holly was extremely helpful; she made at least two trips to the Storeroom in order to get me everything I needed. I checked the reviews and had second thoughts but when I went in everything was perfect I got 3 pre rolls berry white and fruit cakes and blue dream, the BD is my favorite 17% thc and very effective their flower was good I some lemon headband which was beautiful and gorilla quake which was mediocre, the staff were friendly and everything came out as expected

A great new addition to downtown and oh so convenient. This place has a wide selection of strains and great quality throughout the price ranges. Shout outs to Brian and Kingsley for knowledgeable and friendly customer service.

Visited LHS for the first time for their Mary’s Medicinals patches. Went on a Monday and took advantage of their 15% off, along with becoming a new patient. I sampled Sativa, Indica, CBN, and CBG. I’ve gotten to the first two, the Sativa isn’t as energizing as I thought it would be. IMO, it’s positive, making this pleasurable for anxiety sufferers as well. Luis was very helpful with product selection and making accurate recommendations for my ailments. This Orlando South location is clean, well-appointed, in-and-out rather quickly. Even with GPS, it was difficult to navigate, the white building blends in well with its surroundings. Tip: Mary’s Monday’s and Flower Friday’s, I hear they have a vape cart special as well (not sure what day).

Winter Park location has Incredible management and great customer service. I would go out of my way to shop this location. Deshaun went above and beyond.

I love this dispensary so much and the staff are really great. However, I was pretty disappointed with the product. I bought flower and my first smoke sesh it was really good, but the next time I smoked I had the affects for maybe 10 minutes and then felt sober. My mom had the same experience with their products as well.
