Easily the best medical dispo in the Florida medical program, the flowery has great flower and a great culture, you won’t feel like you’re at a doctors office or have to sit in a lobby here.

I just luv these guys I been shopping here for a few years now. These guys can answer any questions you have about product. The store is always clean an neat and always greeted with a smile. You can tell these guys must just luv their jobs cause no body smiles like that if not.

The Ocala dispensary staff is knowledgeable, with a wide-variety menu ,that is better in the store that is displayed so it is in plain sight to see on a large flat screen t.v. with all prices,specials and available discounts! There is no debate of what product is available or coercing to buy higher priced products, that there seems to be at another dispensary in Ocala. Great product! Great 25% off of your shopping cart your first visit, and 50% off your shopping cart your second visit! Only thing is, the online menu does not list everything.

There high end FloraCal is some of the best buds in town, expense but always on sale and well worth the sale price,even their Floral smalls are just as good at half the price. My new favorite place .The Bud-Tenders make you feel like their your friend not just some A.H. customer like some place's DO !!!

Been a medical patient for years in FL. Got the chance to visit this dispo on a trip to Miami, and boy let me tell you this place is the bees knees. HUGE selection of flower. Many potent strains that are worth the premium price. I wish we had more of these shops in FL!

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Most incredible experience at a dispensary hands down! I lived in OR for a year and a half and frequented different dispensaries for medicinal marijuana. Now after moving back to Florida I got my medical card and visited Trulieve for the first time. All amazing discounts and variety aside - the customer care and service they provide is top tier. Kat helped me choose a variety of strains to help with my anxiety and stress and she delivered not only a kind conversation but a HIGHLY informative experience. She was super relatable and easy to talk to and I actually had a great time speaking to her. Will absolutely be returning to have her help me in the future. The rest of the staff is also super kind and ready to help and over hearing their conversations with other customers/patients I could tell we were all in very capable hands. 10/10 do recommend!

I love the staff, online live chat and prices! I had no idea what to do when I started they expertly have walked me through gear, what cartridges are how to use them. Sales are always great and I love they rewards points. The rewards pay for meds when there aren't sales that appeal to me. My child has autism and when I take him in it's ADHD and stemming all over the place. NO judgement or dirty looks, they smile and understand. That means a lot for to a special needs mom. Seriously they have the best prices!

I hadn't shopped here in a while and was pleasantly surprised. Hands down the best selection and quality of vapes in this area, keep in mind there are 3 other dispensaries down the road which I've shopped recently. The bud was decent a little dry but i got a deal therefore shouldn't complain. As a walk-in I was in and out in like 15 min. Place had a good vibe and personally had a good experience and so did my service dog, i will shop here more often.
