Green Dragon at 1712 Del Prado Blvd S. in Cape Coral is hands-down one of the best medical marijuana dispensaries I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an incredibly friendly staff who truly make you feel welcome. They’re not just nice — they’re extremely knowledgeable about every product, patient need, and recommendation. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you find exactly what works best for you. Every visit feels relaxed and comfortable. You’re always treated with respect, never judged, never rushed, and they’re always happy to answer questions or just have a friendly conversation. It’s the kind of place where you feel valued as a patient and as a person. I always leave Green Dragon smiling, feeling well taken care of, and confident in my choices thanks to their amazing team. A fantastic budtender named Sofia Deer,Aassisted me, an old 69 yr old that couldn't get Can Pay right. She was extremely patient and wonderfully pleasant. You should be proud to have an employee like her. It's a reason I keep coming back. BRAVO Sophia!!

It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. Gave me information to review about their products and services. My purchases were high quality and will definitely do business again.

They’re phenomenal. Great product, superior product and they have incredible customer service. They have a lot of product, so many strains, such a selection. Their product is also strong. The distillate is AWESOME.

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work

First time customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The prices are great and the sales are phenomenal. The product, WOW!! Superior product, the distillate is top shelf and the flower is so smooth. They have so many strains!! They are so helpful!! I am a BIG Trulieve fan and I will be back. They really helped me, they explained product i wasn't clear about. They really took the time and I appreciate that. I think about my elderly Mom visiting a place like this and how she would do and this place would be excellent. I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely. Also huge shout out to Christal and Stacey for always insuring my order is precise and correct her and Stacey go above and beyond always.

By far the best experience in a dispensary, and this is a lot, considering it is a fairly new field of business, and most dispensaries give it a serious try to establish themselves with customers. Nevertheless, the service I received form Samantha B really stood out. She has outstanding customer attitude, her demeanor makes you feel that there is no other place she'd rather be at that moment, which is rare. Very impressed. Thank you Samantha!

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.

Nice clean & airy. Tenders are chill & knowledge. Their concentrates are on par w top shelf stuff. Great pricing & reward program. This place is now on my list of weekly shopping. Looking forward to seeing new products!!!

The staff are excellent and have a great knowledge base. They offer text alerts to stay updated on the daily sales. There are discounts daily and they offer a good veterans discount.

Simply LOVE this MÜV store! I was not too fond of them before from some of their other stores, but between the tenders, the clean and nice atmosphere, this one put me back on MÜV and their products. The employees are fantastic. If I were you, look for either Brad, he is very knowledgeable with the products and VERY easy on the eyes, Patrick, because he just gets along so well with you and vibes, and Tyshawn (Or Tyrone, not sure which!), because he is just funny and genuinely tries to help you as a patient. they are all great but try and avoid the long-haired female. Not sure of her name, but she was rude and seemed fake to me. Prices are sometimes high, but their stuff is worth it and they always have great sales, so it really isn't all that expensive. All in all, this store is great, and I highly suggest you try it if you are looking for a dispensary!

Yo Dave & all y’all dope ladies and gents working at the Bonita location, Y’ALL HAD ME AT HELLO!!! Let’s be real, the Green Wednesday deal is bomb but honestly, I’m writing this review solely to show some appreciation and recognition to the staff! Dave was probably the most witty, down to earth dudes I’ve met during my dispensary adventures.... hell, everyone was throwing that vibe! The bud is great, the deals are awesome but the atmosphere, it’s PERFECT!! No doubt I’ll be visiting them again real soon!!

Atmosphere is chill & modern . I got a $1 pre roll for having an august birthday . Awesome . I got a 1/8 of GingerBread Man Flower . Super super dank , one of the best strains I’ve come across . Wish I could add a pic of the bud . Green orange and purple with super bright white crystals all over . Really realizing strain . I hope I can get it again one day soon !
