This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

I love this store, I used to have to commute to Winterhaven for my medicine now I shop locally!!! They had a brand new variety of products today when I stopped by and The staff are always positive and happy to see you when you walk in, always smiles! Last Friday I went to Trulieve too pick up an order,and man were they busy. I got AWESOME help from a PRICELESS SET OF SUPER LADIES !! I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion

People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!
Went in today before the store closing early, because of Hurricane Helene, staff was so helpful. Eli went above and beyond assisting with my order, he is knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me select the best products within my budget. Eli and Juan Carlos were working when I went in and both staff members were very friendly and wished patients to stay safe during storm.

The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.
Love MUV. Fair prices, great service, and the absolute best products (& strain variety) out there. I'm actually really surprised they aren't more popular. Never a bad experience.
