I have been reading reviews for the past 6/7mos. I decided to try it out. They have the most respectful, good vibes and energy at that front desk. As well as the time lady in the back in the pharmacy. I would give it a twenty rating out one to ten. Twenty being "They have it going on. Tysm Ms Karen. Shout out to her. Love you vibes. As well as the young lady next to her. First time on Friday with I went and they explained the process. Very friendly. No hostility towards me. I would highly recommend. God Bless

Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. The absolute best, no question. Best product, best staff, best facility, best quality the whole way around. They're the only dispensary I use and the employees are like family. They actually educate you on how cannabis "works," too! None better. None!

I enjoyed this dispensary very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Patti. I will choose this dispensary as my first choice. The place was bright and cheerful. Also very clean. There were tons of sales. There is something for everyone.

The customer service here is always great, the staff is knowledgeable and happy to help. Large product variety, online ordering is easy and wait time is minimal. Oh, and aesthetics and cleanliness are always on point...it's like visiting your favorite coffee shop :)

Love this place. It’s near my work so it’s super convenient and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. My only qualm is their supply can sometime get a little sparse for what I’m looking for, but I imagine that has more to do with suppliers and distributers than the shop themselves. I’d *highly* ;) recommend Beyond Hello.

very knowledgeable bud tenders. they can meet your needs with whatever you present - budget, symptom management, desired outcome, side effects you'd prefer to avoid. they can educate you on the terpenes and cannabinoids as you go, if you'd like. super friendly. they remember their regulars. good management. definitely recommend.

During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.
