Great customer service and great quality product. Sometimes their prices are higher than others but they have great deals weekly. And if you're a first time customer you get an additional discount for your next 3 visits. I've never had a problem here and use this club and greenlight as my go to places. Definitely recommend.

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. Best dispensary anywhere around by far! Incredible quality products with a wide variety of options for anything you could possibly need or want. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff are super welcoming every time you walk in…. I’ve had a ton of questions about strains and products because I have to be extremely careful due to my anxiety/ptsd and every time I have any questions they go above and beyond to help me. The shop is super laid back with a great vibe and they have some really cool art murals and paintings on the walls. I love to tell people I meet or people I know about Stairway, how much they have helped me and how fabulous they are, I will be a loyal lifelong customer! 13/10 stars

I absolutely love this dispensary! They have ample parking & have started curbside service. The inside is quite large & very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly & knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. They have one of the best rewards systems and saving money is super easy.

I was waited on by Megan. It doesn't matter who waits on you because service is always exceptional! Megan made sure I got all my discounts and easily processed the order. It's never a long wait time. If you're early enough, there are discounted specials. My go-to dispensary!

Love this place. It’s near my work so it’s super convenient and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. My only qualm is their supply can sometime get a little sparse for what I’m looking for, but I imagine that has more to do with suppliers and distributers than the shop themselves. There are tons of strains to choose from in the flower selection, a wide range of edibles & concentrates, and a decent variety of vapes. The staff is amazing, and prices are on par with everyone else in business, sometimes even better if you check out their online menu.
