I have not found anything I disliked about this place. they are so helpful. I have Lupus and have trouble with vision right now. they read labels 4 me . I use the terps to help and they are wonderful about helping me with that. they are friendly and knowledgeable and very patient cannot beat them.

Cushmans is the best in the business in every way. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t know them one bit and over these last several months we have become what I would say friends. Miranda is as professional as they come. The product sells itself on top of that. Best around without a doubt.

I just wanted to give Sam, Carly, Robin and Misty a huge shout out for holding down the dispensary yesterday. I am a brand rep for King City Gardens & often times set up in their lobby for a few hours, and every time I do, it is a wonderful experience! They are such an educated and kind staff that really takes the extra time to find the best products for you!

The store is awesome! The Budtenders are AWESOME! Atmosphere is great! The only thing that was not happy with is Leafly saying the THC level was higher on both flowers I got, and the prices were wrong on Leafly.

They were courteous, safe, delivered promptly and everything was great. My only issue as a woman purchasing and having it delivered I would prefer a cashless online payment method. Fortunately they sent a woman to my home, but from a safety aspect always having that much cash for drivers and just the process seems unsafe and outdated.

I continue going to CHO. The bud tenders are very nice and patient. They are also very knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very professional and respectful. The meds are great. They have very good prices, best prices I've seen around the area. I drive 30 min to get here and I have a dispensary in my town. So that says alot.

My usual dispensary stopped delivering to my area so making the trip into Ann Arbor I decided to try somewhere new. Online Skymint looked interesting, lots of different products than I was used to seeing. My budtender Durk was so helpful and knew his stuff. I will be back and would highly recommend to anyone. I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Moe took the time to explain to my wife what the difference in brand, strand, and potency of edibles for the health issues she is dealing with. Drake is also just as knowledgeable in the products and has never steered me wrong in what my wife and I buy. This is probably the best dispensary I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. If you have any questions this is the place to have them answered.
