What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was! I gave him a run for his money too lol, I know what I want and he delivered no hesitation. He also offered a few suggestions on some sales and I obliged! Good job Cloud Cannabis Sincerely Kp

Moe took the time to explain to my wife what the difference in brand, strand, and potency of edibles for the health issues she is dealing with. Drake is also just as knowledgeable in the products and has never steered me wrong in what my wife and I buy. This is probably the best dispensary I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. First I want to start off by recognizing Kevin and Marco for their AMAZING customer service! They were very informative, helpful, and very patient as I asked a bunch of questions (lol). They have an incredible deal for new patients where if you spend $20 you get $15 taken off your order, so therefore that means you can go in and spend $20 and only end up paying $5!! That’s the BEST deal I’ve seen yet! Great selections on flower and very reasonable pricing, some prices on flower are as low as $8 a gram! You can’t beat that price! Best prices in town & quite possibly the best prices in the state of Michigan. The wax is also an amazing price as low as $25 a gram. Edibles are also amazing prices as low as $7. If you want great prices, great product & a great experience then come here as it’s the best dispensary in Michigan, in my opinion! Thank you Kevin and Marco!!

Hey guys, if you want variety to get you’re meds I highly recommend HWC and Theory wellness. Theory wellness is a much newer one and was opened less than a year ago, they have great inventory and always have new shit on top of having the shit I usually like, like gorilla glue live rosin or GDP live budder. Red mints/Peanut butter mac/london pound cake are the best strains I’ve found there, anytime I see those strains i immediately wanna get them. I recommend everyone check it out at least once, it’s over off of sullivant next to a gas station.

I just wanted to give Sam, Carly, Robin and Misty a huge shout out for holding down the dispensary yesterday. I am a brand rep for King City Gardens & often times set up in their lobby for a few hours, and every time I do, it is a wonderful experience! They are such an educated and kind staff that really takes the extra time to find the best products for you!

Would like to say how clean and attractive the Big Rapids store was, a big variety of house plants in the foyer was very appealing! The show room was tastefully done and showcased a very nice variety/selection of products. I may not be an expert but I know friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I encounter it! Those qualitites were in corporated in Mike, our salesman and his co-salesperson, Kelly, to a "T". Came to Michigan for a girls trip. We stopped by a few dispensaries but this dispensary was, hands down, our absolute favorite. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. The budtender was very passionate about the products and the manager even came out to assist us. 10/10 I'd go back, even if it was a little out of the way. Keep it up guys!
