Loved it here! The staff were so kind and helpful, relaxed and welcoming. The girl who checks your IDs when you first walk in was cheerful and she brightened up my day. The whole place is beautiful on the inside and CLEAN! And as a woman sometimes I feel intimidated going into dispensaries but Aroma Hill it wasn’t intimidating at all!! The service was so fast too, they had my products ready to go in a minute. Definitely will be coming back here from now on!

She took her time explaining everything and helped us pick out some great pre-rolls and hash rosin. The selection was solid, and Lydia’s recommendations were perfect for what we were looking for. I've been to Rise numerous times and I am very impressed. The people working at Rise are extremely knowledgeable and for a "novice" like myself it is appreciated. Today I was helped by a gentleman named Samm. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and directed me to the products that will help my sleeping condition. He gave me information regarding tolerance breaks (which I never heard of) as well as trying the products sublingually. I never even thought about doing this. Without his help I would have purchased the same product instead of expanding my horizons. Samm was extremely pleasant and courteous. I am definitely going back to RISE and I hope Samm is working when I am there. Rise is lucky to have an employee like Samm!

Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

My dislike is they don’t keep supplies updated. Example 14:1 tablets and you don’t have a lot of gummy‘s

I changed over after having a bad experience at another closer dispensary and I have been happy with my change. they have a good menu for indica which is what I prefer and the staff is helpful if you arent sure what you want. I've noticed some of their online deals don't always come up when you check out- but it is still worth what you're getting and better choices than other places. all in all I'm happy with the change and everyone there is nice
