Some of the places in Memphis have mediocre products. This place surpasses them, in my opinion. You can’t beat good customer service and good people. I’ve been here several times and each flower has been fire!!!!

I absolutely love Nirvana! I’ve been a regular since December. They have a wide variety of products as well as friendly, knowledgeable staff! The staff is the reason I love going so much. They’re extremely kind and really care about their clients.

These guys are so good at their jobs. This is the first dispensary I went to and I was so nervous when I walked in because I didn’t know what to do or anything but they helped me feel at ease right away and even though I spoke at a minimum they got me exactly what I needed, tailored to my needs as a patient. I’ve been sticking primarily with this dispensary location since I became a patient and have strayed very very little. Very professional informative and genuinely ready to help every person that comes in, with equal care and attention.

As a patient, they are very informed and knowledgeable. I like how patient they are. You tell them the results or effects you're looking for and they get a variety of products & explain how each one can help & help weigh your odds. I absolutely love the fact that they know my name. They know exactly what I need and usually have it ready for me pretty fast. When it came to changing products, they knew exactly what their products were and what I was looking for, so I didn’t even have to search or do much research. I love the fact that their glassware is 25% off. I got me a gorgeous little pink one I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs to go to a dispensary, a medical dispensary.

I took advantage of an incredible sale through Leafly for an ounce of high quality flower for $80. It was ready for me as soon as I walked in in a sealed airtight zip lock package. The budtender asked for 80 dollars,tax was included which also stunned me. Fantastic deal.Then the budtender said wait, there's more, here's your free preroll! So I got an ounce of wonderful flower and a preroll for $80, even more stunning. Thank you, I will be back!
I've been shopping here since they opened. The customer service has always been amazing. They carry the best top shelf brands as well as the best budget brands in the state and have made great improvements to their process and store. 10/10. Dont listen to these other reviews..they've consistently been one of the best in northeast ohio from my experience.

It seems like a pretty nice place, there was a pretty good selection to choose from and not the worst prices. First time patient discount is nice too. I’ll probably be back, though I’m more of a “where can I buy the specific strain I’m looking for” type of shopper and not a “what strains are currently available at the store I’m at” kind of shopper. Even so, I do have a small handful of places I tend to come back to. Glad I finally tried out Mango, it’s been recommended to me a few times.

I’ve been looking for a specific product brand that helps me sleep. They are one of the only dispensaries that keep it in stock. Great pricing, prompt service and the site was easy to navigate
REALLY knowledgable employees. Nice waiting room. They got a menu of their website you can browse, but I definitely suggest looking at their menu BEFORE you go.
