Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

They are so helpful and they are so very nice and I love their store thank you so much for everything.

I always have a question about certain strains and how they affect you. The staff are always helpful , knowledgeable and eager to help even when it’s busy . They make you feel like a friend and neighbor.

Everyone is so friendly there! Sara, Tiffiany, and Brian are so helpful and make you feel comfortable during the entire visit. First dab is free btw! Best flower in the area. i loved that its grown 5 miles down the road in Dewey. Customer service is unbeatable. Friendly and professional and I love the one on one time they give each patient. The best dispensary around bar none.

The Staff is very kind, professional, and knowledgable…especially helpful for a newcomer like me. I’ve been curious about trying these products, but I get overwhelmed by the many different strains, combos, & dosages available. Not to mention the best “impact” I’m seeking and which product personally works for me. Apothecas products are 3rd party tested, so I feel confident that they’re not only safe and pure, but consistent with intended use. My local store here in Kingsport, TN is always clean and athletically pleasing with their fantastic display of products. I’m so happy to have found them!
